Staff has always been polite. Consistently out of cold brew. Consistently turning off ordering from the app in the morning. They don't keep regular business hours, closing at 2pm while car after car pulls in to order coffee. Only to find they have left early. This location needs to get it's act together
The place needs a good cleaning trash cans were full tables dirty but the staff were very friendly and latte was yummy
Slowest service I have ever received at a Starbucks. Rude and disrespectful employees whom mocked their customers. No sign of management anywhere. I should have recorded their behavior so management could address and attempt to coach. Funny how without the customers they would be jobless. I emailed the manager but haven’t gotten a response. What a disappointing experience.
