I hate coffee, and I've never been to a coffee shop, and I have terrible anxiety, but someone gave me a gift card. I walked in and kinda just stood there. A woman (I think her name tag said Selena) approached me and asked if I needed help. I told her I'd never ordered anything and didn't know what their words meant, and I just wanted hot chocolate. She walked me up to the counter and helped me place my order. She was really nice and patient. She also taught me what mocha meant. It was up really fast, and it was really good. Really chocolatey— a little bitter, kinda like dark chocolate, but good dark chocolate.

We go to this location often and have great experiences. The last few times we’ve been helped by an employee named Ethan. He is ALWAYS so kind, very friendly, and genuinely happy with a smile ready to greet you at the window. Highly impressed and always thankful for his patience and positivity.

I've been going to this starbucks for about 5 years now, a regular, and to say i'm disappointed is an understatement. Most of the baristas are absolutely wonderful but today was a completely different story. I ordered two grande brown sugar frappuccino's from the new strato menu. We got up to the window and paid our total and were asked if we wanted the strato drinks and not a frappuccino with brown sugar in it. Thats fine, some clarification would have been nice at the actual speaker, after i have already paid i asked for the rest of my change back as there was a price difference as to what they put into the system, and what i had asked for. They then tried to refund my order and pay with a card instead, sadly I didnt have money on my card, which is why i used cash. I did end up receiving the rest of my change, but it felt like the encounter was a lot more complicated than it needed to be.

I always have the best experience here, to the point where I now will drive further to go here. The baristas are so kind and always very welcoming. Something about this location just has a really wonderful vibe!

Big Dog inside the Starbucks, so unsanitary and disgusting. Also, No coffee in my caramel Frappuccino. When asked them to remake it, didn’t taste like it was made right. Never coming back to this location.

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. 30 minutes for a coffee in the drive thru.

Always good. Unfortunately they didn't have Chai tea when I came. My alternate choice, a type of Bilbao tea, was actually very good.
