Starbucks

Always good. Unfortunately they didn't have Chai tea when I came. My alternate choice, a type of Bilbao tea, was actually very good.

Consistently long waits and often out of items. This is the worst run Starbucks in the area. Staff is friendly but store seems to be poorly operated.

Everyone here works so hard, are super nice, and I rarely ever have any issues :)

After today’s visit, I won’t be back to this location. I ordered a cheese danish and a caramel macchiato. The cheese danish looked like someone had dug their fingers into the cheese part of the danish before handing it out to me. Usually this location is spot on but not anymore. All these places are going down hill fast. Save your money and make your coffee at home!

Drinks as expected. But the drive through barista although doing her job seems annoyed. Not the typical energy you get from a barista..

Just waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order for in store pickup. 8 people waiting for orders inside, meanwhile the drive through orders are all getting prepared ahead of ours instead of taking care of the customers who have been there the longest. Finally get our order and the drinks are extremely watered down. Usually this Starbucks is fast and efficient, especially for in store. pickup.

The absolute best staff in all of the area. They are so friendly and amazingly quick! I pick this location over any other!!!

Sat in the drive-through line 7 cars in front of me for 37 minutes. Ridiculous people pulled in and went in and got their drinks, faster than we did.

Always have a wonderful experience at this Starbucks! They’re hard working, moving constantly and getting us our drinks quickly and accurately. The night crew is always delightful to deal with and I love being able to order from Jess.

Don't try get a good morning start here, says they're open @ 530 n Noone was in the store @ 6am. Both was sitting out in the cars. Don't go there early birds.

Good service but I’ve never waited longer for my order at any other Starbucks. I ordered 1 drink and was the first person in line. Staff were doing anything but making my drink.

I don't know what it is about Tuesday evenings at Starbucks, but it's rarely a good experience. We always grab a coffee or beverage around 6/630 on Tuesday evenings on our way to church. There's three of us, and all get a drink. This week, we decided to try this location because the other way is so slow or incorrect. We ordered a pumpkin spice latte and 2 dragonfruit refreshers with a splash of green tea. We always order on the app. We get there 10 min later. No customers, and they haven't even started our drinks. Sadly, this is always the case for us. It took about 8 minutes after we got there 18-20 min after the order through the app to get our drinks. This is with no other customers there. The latte was OK, but missing the spice topping, which they rarely put on top no matter where we go, even though the drink specifically says it's on there, the two refreshers tasted different than usual, about a 6/10.

The ladies here were absolutely great! We placed an order for a variety of hot & cold drinks 16 to be exact and they got those orders out in a timely fashion with huge smile on their faces the entire time! Best customer service I’ve had a Starbucks thus far!!!
