The best pizza in O'Fallon!! I highly recommend this pizzeria. It is family friendly and a great place to take a date.
Our waitress, Andrea, was very helpful, attentive, accommodating, and hard-working, without being overbearing.
The food is always excellent, with generous portions.
Came for the bluey night. Was actually surprised how bad the food was for the rating. I ordered the eggplant parm. For $15 the house salad that came with it was brown ice burg lettuce covered in so much cheese and three small tomatoes. The eggplant was biter and burnt and mush. I took two bites and lost my appetite. The side broccoli was fine. Nothing homemade
Love everything about Stefaninas! I highly suggest the manicotti or tortellini.

As always, I absolutely love the food here. As someone born and raised in St. Charles, the pizza here always fills me with a nostalgic glee. While the prices have gone up since I was a kid, the staff and atmosphere make up for that alone, while the food makes it even better. I heavily recommend this pizza to everyone, in and especially outside the state!

This is an amazing family feel restaurant. The food is great. The pizza is the absolute best. Service is outstanding. Angie is the perfect example of customer service. She is attentive and friendly. She makes each customer feel very special. It is an absolute must stop every single time we travel home to the area.

I have been going to this location for probably more than 20 years. I used to say that one of the reasons I like Stefanina's was because their pizza was always consistently good. Now I don't live close by so maybe only make it out once of twice a year but the last two times (including this past Sunday) the pizza has been underdone. I assumed the other time many months ago was a fluke...it happens. But now I am thinking they have either changed their recipe or their standard cook time. The pizza is now floppy, pale and not enjoyable. :( I still give 3 stars since I had so many years of really great pizza but it saddens me that no longer seems the case.
