Subway

Placed an online order. It said it failed to go through. Went to the store and just ordered the food but the gift card was mostly used. Told them there was an issue with the online system and we would deal with that. Called and we’re told it was our fault that the order said it failed then went through later and they won’t refund the money. A quick online search shows that this is basically the Subway business model across the board.

I had a coupon and they told me that I couldn't use the coupon they said it was online only. I said where does it say on the coupon online only. They just kept saying online only online only. I said it does not say online only and she insisted online only. Their attitude was terrible . I should have just left and I didn't I will never return to that store. Also I had change coming and she didn't give me the change. I said where's my change and she said I'll give it to you don't worry and I had to wait for my change after she waited on two other people before she gave me my change. Worst service ever!

Very rude and unprofessional

Ordered my sub as I always have it, paying for additional BelGioioso fresh mozzarella to be added. Tastes nothing like it does from other locations and mozzarella was MIA, think they poss added provolone in its place!? Ordered online and it said 20mins. Arrived 15mins early just as they were packing it up so it would have been very cold if I got it at the time they said.

I won't be back to this location when others give you what you pay for on time

Normally have a pretty decent experience at this location, but tonight was a total turnaround. The $5 footlong cookie was just over half of the tray, and the BLT with light tomato was bacon and extra tomato, no lettuce. No way to contact restaurant, app no help.

I grab a sandwich here nearly every weekend and consistently have I been impressed with the customer service of an individual named Pj. He's always a friendly guy who seems happy to do a good job.
