We love Subway, but our experience today at this location was so frustrating and disappointing. It's Labor Day, and I understand that not all restaurants are open because of the holiday, but we checked online and all indications were that Subway was open today. We placed our order online and submitted our payment information. Instead of the usual confirmation screen, we were taken back to the home page of the website. I waited to see if a confirmation email would arrive, but it never did, so we were pretty sure they didn't take the order. I searched again online to try and find more information, but every site I checked indicated that Subway was open on Labor Day, including a Newsweek article about restaurant chains that would be open. I tried calling them, but there was no answer. We thought about trying a different Subway location, but we weren't 100% sure that our order hadn't gone through at this location, and we certainly didn't want to pay for two identical orders. Also, the next closest location didn't answer their phone either. My husband suggested that we go together to the first location, just in case our order was there, and if they were closed we'd just go out to a restaurant, rather than running the risk of paying for online orders at two different Subway locations. We drove to this Subway, and it was quite obviously closed. However, there was a big handwritten sign that said, "We Are Open on Labor Day." They couldn't even be bothered to take the blatant lie off of the door. I'll be very interested to see if I end up having to dispute a charge on my credit card. This is just a terrible way to run a business.

Went to this Subway last week and I used s coupon. Everything was ok. But I I went there today they would not expected the coupon. I will not be back. . Not going customer service. They should put a note on the door stating they do not accept coupons.

This subway doesn't honor subway coupons...was at subway to buy two footlongs and use subways coupon and was told they don't honor subways coupon...Thank you so much...will not go there....
Sandwich Artists don't know how to make the subs correctly, argue and cosistently say "I've worked at Subway for # of years..." (And still don't know how ti make the subs...), they're rude, and the franchise owner refuses to actually teach the Subway-correct way to his employees.

If you like a great selection of toppings on your sub sandwich Subway is the place to go. I choose fresh slices of tomatoes, green, peppers, red onions & fresh spinach leaves which is my personal favorite instead of lettuce. To add a little kick I also add pickles, banana peppers, jalapeños & black olives. I finish it off with chilpolty sauce. These toppings work well with almost any of the meats & or cheeses at Subway but my favorite is turkey & provolone.

I just sent a friend there to order 2 footlong sandwiches. They were supposed to be steak melts with cheese. They were barely warm and no cheese was even put on them. Ordered salt and pepper, there was none. The veggies and the meat barely covered the sandwiches . When called they were really kinda rude and argumentive. So I was on my way to work and did not have time to go there to take sandwiches back and wait for them to remake them. So I am without all the way around.I would NEVER recommend this subway to anyone.I totally understand why they only have a 3 star rating. If I could have given no stars and wrote a review.
