Debated if this should be 2 or 3 stars. Been to multiple locations and this one had the worst quality of sushi. Staff was kind and friendly which is why I decided on 3 stars. The sushi rolls did not seem to be rolled tight and fish did not seem fresh. The red snapper was extremely pale making it looked aged.

Just picked up an order from here. We have been doing take out for years and never had a problem till tonight. We ordered 2 plates of chicken hibachi, it is always on point but tonight not so much. The zucchini is not fresh, you can tell by how discolored it was. As soon as you take a bite it is very mushy, not the crunch it normally has and same with broccoli as well. The chicken, unfortunately my mom and I had a couple of pieces that were not edible. They were really hard. Flavor overall was lacking its normal taste.

Food is always absolutely delicious. I come at least once a week, staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a very kind young man who works there and he has a great memory, always knowing exactly what I want to drink. Lovely place and lovely people!

Terrible experience, first off the entrance is extremely small when I went there were 6 customers and 2 workers crowded around in tiny space roughly 6x6. Worse than the entrance and store itself the food was absolutely terrible, its was not at all to the level of other Sushi AI locations in the area, everything was stale and covered in oil. It tasted like terrible fast food and for the price it was unacceptable, my wife wouldn’t eat hers at all and what we did eat gave both of us a stomach aches. The larger Sushi AI organization should close down the location as it is tainting name of the chain.

How sad! These people welcomed us for tea, then ignored us for food. We came in filled our order sheets then watched several people come in, get served and we were still waiting for them to take our order. They were standing around doing nothing. For such a small business, them disregarding customers is unacceptable. Guess what, our monies would have been just as good as others. Our money would have also been the same color…. Green. These businesses deserves to fail, due their discriminatory practices. I will ensure never to set foot in here again and urge all family and colleagues also

The sushi here is very good! I love coming here. There is no better sushi. However, their restaurant is very small, so it takes a while to get a seat sometimes and you have to wait outside since there's really no place for you to sit outside. I wish this place would be expanded because it is a great place to get sushi.

This location of sushi AI is, in my opinion, the best. They typically know what I want before I even order. As a regular customer, they treat me well even if I'm by myself or with my entire family. I have never had any issues with anything I've ordered.

The food tasted just ok, but made me sick. I had an upset stomach that night and the next day. I had the hibachi steak and shrimp. The steak was chewy and the shrimp still had peeling that was like grilled on and hard to remove. No sauce came with our meal and when we asked for some they said we had to pay extra. So you can’t even get one side of sauce included with your meal? I’ve eaten hibachi in like 38 different states and never not been able to get 1 sauce.
