The kitchen doesn’t take orders after ten which makes sense, but they don’t let you in to get your online order so you have to wait in a hella long line to get what they’ve already made for you. They will not let you do multiple orders in one car which is very inconvenient when you’re here with friends and you’re not paying together. The customer service isn’t worth half a penny. Will not be coming back here.

5 people on shift hardly anyone in the place or drive thru and they get my order wrong, I go back for them to correct it and they remake it and still get it wrong all the while all 5 of them are just standing around. Got a third world apology on my way out.. it’s Taco Bell gents it’s not rocket science, read the order

We went there this evening and noticed the line was a bit long so I went inside to pick up my mobile order. Once I got in, I could see just how busy they were. The staff was incredibly communicative on what the issues were, nicely explained why I needed to go through the drive thru. I cannot say enough how kind all of the workers were.
When i went through the drive thru they were so quick. They not only were efficient, they were also kind, and got the order perfect. I was really impressed by the team working on the evening of March 25, 2025.

I forgot to order one of my spicy potato, I kindly asked at the window if I could add it to my order, and the worker said no even though I’ve done it before and it’s very possible

Don’t order from here unless you like receiving the wrong food completely that you know can’t eat because everything has sour cream on it when what you originally ordered had absolutely no sour cream on it to begin with

Just came through the drive thru to once again good service, quick prep times, and a free meal! Not all my meals or things are free but the staff are always either nice, understanding on mistakes when they happen, or just good and friendly most of the time im there! I come through pretty often and its usually 9/10 times i get everything perfect but they have always done a good job at fixing any issues i have.

Food was good but it took awhile to be ready and there was no other customers. when we got the food, they put 2 separate orders in one big bag. so that kinda pmo but whatever

My sister just went to pick up a order of 8 crunchwraps. Taco Bell’s website states that the breakfast hours are 9-11am. The Taco Bell employee said they opened at 9am, so they are not serving breakfast. However, the fact that Taco Bell opened at 9 and said they are not serving breakfast is crazy to me. I get that you have to prep for lunch, but as being someone who worked fast food it doesn’t take two hours to prep for that.
That’s alright though too, we went to McDonald’s to spend our money there. Hopefully this Taco Bell doesn’t lose too much business this morning.
