Food was good, staff was rude and short with us. They usually are rude but with this being one of the only affordable places left I guess Ill let them treat me how they want to, LOL

The kitchen doesn’t take orders after ten which makes sense, but they don’t let you in to get your online order so you have to wait in a hella long line to get what they’ve already made for you. They will not let you do multiple orders in one car which is very inconvenient when you’re here with friends and you’re not paying together. The customer service isn’t worth half a penny. Will not be coming back here.

Door says it opens at 9:00. I show up at 9:20 for some food. Crickets at drive thru. Cars are in parking lot. People are here, just not open. Front door locked. How hard is it, people?

5 people on shift hardly anyone in the place or drive thru and they get my order wrong, I go back for them to correct it and they remake it and still get it wrong all the while all 5 of them are just standing around. Got a third world apology on my way out.. it’s Taco Bell gents it’s not rocket science, read the order

We went there this evening and noticed the line was a bit long so I went inside to pick up my mobile order. Once I got in, I could see just how busy they were. The staff was incredibly communicative on what the issues were, nicely explained why I needed to go through the drive thru. I cannot say enough how kind all of the workers were.
When i went through the drive thru they were so quick. They not only were efficient, they were also kind, and got the order perfect. I was really impressed by the team working on the evening of March 25, 2025.

I forgot to order one of my spicy potato, I kindly asked at the window if I could add it to my order, and the worker said no even though I’ve done it before and it’s very possible

Don’t order from here unless you like receiving the wrong food completely that you know can’t eat because everything has sour cream on it when what you originally ordered had absolutely no sour cream on it to begin with
