Syart off with had to wipe down my pwn table...then After seeing someone constantly wipe there nose and sneezing on the food line not changing out there gloves almost made me leave in the first place but it was on the drive through line.....then it Took forever to make our inside to eat order.. after long enough of waiting and seeing people after me get there food I went up and asked were my order was. He points to the door dash pickup shelf and walks away.. food was cold and poorly made..

The food I got was fine, but when we rolled up to the window the cashier let us know that they'd run out of beans. Can't wrap my brain around that. That's the one thing they do!! Ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible service! If I could give 0 stars I would! The food was at least hot and made correctly but there was about 8 people waiting at least 20 mins just to get their food. Even people with online orders were having to wait that long. For a fast food place there is absolutely nothing fast about this place. If you are in a hurry I do not recommend coming here! Save yourself the hassle!

If you are a person with any disability I suggest that you do not spend your money here.. The professionalism and customer service there is horrible and extremely unnecessary. I was told by a evening manager that due to my attitude she refused to serve me, then told to get out of the drive thru, come inside and place my order all over , when asked for her name she refused to tell me, & refused to give me any information I asked for seeking contact info for their, district office. After I informed them that I have a stutter, I'm rushed off my order which is on the screen is wiped off because they are being timed in drive thru.. I have never been discriminated against and treated with zero respect until now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went here late at night all food was cold. Called next day was hung up on called tonight and gm got ignorant asked for refund and was told she can’t do that even with a receipt. Do not go here at night

I don’t know how they have three stars. This taco bell sucks unless you have 0 standers or 0 respect for yourself! The food is always a mess and poorly put together. They are lazy workers there who are too self absorbed to ever help a customer it’s insane. This place is literally trash!
Absolutely horrible. Food took forever to get to us. Ice and drink machine were down. Half the lights were off even after asking if dine in was allowed and bathroom lights were out. Napkins were out of stock. Chips were completely stale. Stood at counter for 15 minutes before someone helped me. Don’t recommend eating here ever.

Every time it says their open, late at night, when the hours clearly say they are open until 4am and there are three workers cars in the parking lot, they will turn off the menu if I don’t order with the app. And close down and hide inside. Don’t bother making the trip past midnight. Or use the app. We’ve been turned away for not mobile ordering or not being a DoorDash worker. Just don’t bother late at night. I’ve learned my lesson.
