First of all, when I got my food, the food was old, falling apart, and tasted absolutely horrible. Whenever I went to ask for replacement food, I wasn’t greeted or asked to be helped for 10 minutes. Whenever I asked for fresh food, they told me specifically, they made the cinnamon twist earlier that morning, so there was no way to get them fresh and then ask if I wanted Cinnabons instead. My question is, why are you serving food that was made earlier that morning? I work in fast food so I understand it can be annoying whenever people Are being difficult, but it’s different to ask for a replacement food whenever it’s old and has been sitting since earlier that morning. Very disappointed and hope that you guys work on your customer service And your food quality because it was absolutely horrible.

no amount of words could truly describe how terrible this location is. kid with the lord farquad hair cut who worked drive thru on 5/23 was consistently on his phone despite the “no phones allowed at dt” sign. wait times are 30+ minutes at any given time. no communication among the crew to those waiting either.

I specifically asked her when she gave me my food if she put the hot sauce in the bag. She said yes. As I pulled away, there wasn't one hot sauce in there. I turned around and went in the restaurant to get some.

ONCE AGAIN this horrible Taco Bell strikes again. It really is a shame this is the only one really close to us. I haven’t been for a while because I know the people that work at this location literally couldn’t make your order right if their lives depended on it but here we are, late night craving after volleyball, only to end up irrationally angry again. First my husband had to go back around because the overpriced fries were only filled half full. Then, He gets home with the order and not only is the order missing my taco, the double beefy burrito I order every time is made completely wrong. Every. Single. Time. Every time I have ever gone to this location it’s been horrible quality, taken forever, and is usually missing something as well. I literally waited there for 35 mins one time for an order I placed IN ADVANCE, making me late for work and the order was made completely wrong. That time as well as this time the double beefy burrito has maybe a teaspoon of beef, 2 tablespoons of rice, a couple Fritos and then is completely missing all the other ingredients. Like at this point it’s like they are doing it on purpose. I get that this job is probably not somewhere people who give a shit about quality work, are going to be working, but you’d think for the amount of time they take to do anything at this location, they’d at least be able to make things somewhat right. What a waste of time and money, per the usual.

Food was extremely dry. Food was cold. No sauce in the bag and i ordered extra sauce on quesadilla and there was no sauce on that. The Doritos taco was stale and not in a shell holder. Honestly super disappointed I never comment on reviews but it is always something with this location. Before they were out of regular chicken, baja blast and all taco sauce. Please retrain your staff and allow them to make ALL orders to the same standard as everyone else !

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever visited in my entire life. Not only is the staff rude and terrible to all the Doordash, but they steal food and also they have no management. They just picked somebody among them to be the manager at the time that talks with you. Avoid this place like the black plague.

I had had so many issues with this location but tonight was the last straw. I have ate, door dashed, and ordered online here and let me tell you this is the worse location and I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. This location has a tendency of having their lobby closed where there have been times where I understood because they had told me they’re understaffed so I wasn’t upset. The past few times I had door dashed here the lobby had been closed and I have had to use the drive though. Tonight I go to the drive though because when I had pulled up there was no indication the lobby was closed. I get to the speaker and tell them I have a DoorDash pick up and they rudely say that I have to come inside and I tell them that I am stuck (if you go in their drive though and there’s cars behind you, you’re legit stuck unless you have a truck or jeep and can go over the curb). They just don’t reply to my comment at all so I sit there for a second and nothing so I say hello and they rudely responded and I asked if they could just let me pick it up at the window because there is no reason that they wouldn’t be able to except laziness and they said they’d ask their manager and surprise surprise they said no. There’s 5 cars infront of me so I’m stuck this this line for 20 minutes and just unassigned the order. Customer service is just awful like I was not rude.

ordered online asked for chicken to be added to my beef soft tacos, paid for the extra amount of chicken, and they instead swapped the beef tacos to chicken. just plain idiocy!!!! plain as day robbed me!!!

Employees will look at you while you are standing at the counter and not say a single word to you. Will wait 20+ minutes to get food. The employees do not communicate with each other. This is my experience every single time I come here

If you like being lied to about their hours of operation, a business that can't pay their employees enough to have any knowledge, consistency, or good service, then getting greeted by ai bs that doesn't tell you they are closed, feel free to wait a minute or two with no response, no indication of being closed, and all lights on inside and out. Feel free, have a ball. 🤣🤣🤣

They advertised, open til the A.M, yet closed before 1030 cst, then changed their hours on their website hours later. Why does anyone order tacobell, other than late hours? Might as well get REAL Mexican food if you can make it before 8, 9, 10 PM., and it's about the same price. They played themselves. No more. Just garbage food and service at restaurant prices unless you get the cheapest of the cheapest. Do yourself a favor, if possible, and order real Mexican food that is 5x the quality or more, if you order before they close.

20 min wait for a mobile order. Lobby is always closed so you are forced to go through drive through and wait for your food. Its cold and not cooked well. Go elsewhere

Worst Taco Bell ever!
Waited in line for ten min in drive thru to be told they were only doing mobile orders. That’s great but I was trapped, when asked what I was supposed to do a male voice said “have patience”. I called the number and a Jessica answered and said it was Bob who made that rude comment. Then an employee who identified himself as Curtis James got on the phone and proceeded to be the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever encountered in a customer service role. Very disappointed in this establishment. This happened at 9:03pm on March 13 2025
