I have never been to a texas roadhouse where my potatoe skins had sliced cheese in top. They were over cooked. My steak had no flavor. Did not taste bad just no seasoning.

The food and service were excellent! I went with my family for dinner. We all ordered something different. I had the beef tips with mashed potatoes and a salad. I opted to skip the gravy. The potion size was huge. The steak, mushroom, and onion filled half my plate and the potatoes filled the other half. The steak was perfectly grilled and so tender. The potatoes were real potatoes with lumps; no cheap add water flakes. The whole meal was delicious and a lot of food for the price. Others in my group had the road kill, catfish, burger, and sirloin with shrimp. Everyone was happy with their meals. On a previous visit, I enjoyed the salmon. Texas Roadhouse has quality food at a reasonable price.

I visited with my family before sending my grandson off to college, hoping for a nice meal together. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. Our server was clearly new, which is understandable, but she didn’t check on our drinks or ask how our food was. Several items were incorrect—the sirloin steaks we ordered appeared to be 6 oz, not the 8 oz we paid for. Even the table next to us commented on the size difference. The hamburger was also wrong and overcooked.
What was most disappointing was that the manager never came over, even though our order had multiple issues. I expected some acknowledgment or effort to make things right, but that didn’t happen.
Sadly, based on this experience, we won’t be returning.

Awesome place to eat. Of course with a full building with a lot of people talking, it is sometimes hard to hear others talking. But a great business, with great food , brings great business. Great job Texas Roadhouse.
Our server Jacob was amazing!! He was so kind and helpful with our questions. Food was quick and delicious. Was not impressed by management whatsoever, when we got there two of the managers were just sitting up front talking with the host and we had to get their attention to even get seated. I was there for an hour and saw 0 managers on the floor at all. Never checked up on anyone’s table. When we were walking out we saw her sitting and chatting with another employee
