#datenight tradition continuesTonight, we had the pleasure of dining at the new Texas Roadhouse location in O'Fallon, MO.Our server Lily was nice and very attentive.Quite busy for a Monday night.Food was great.Rattlesnake Bites were all cheese. I don't know how they stayed in a ball shape. But don't let them cool off, or they lose their smoothness. Choose Regular Ranch as a dipping sauce, not Cajun Ranch.Wife had a Critter meal and potato. The chicken strips were crispy and very tender. It was Lacking some seasoning, in my opinion, but overall very decent chicken. Nice dipping sauces, though.I had the ribeye and ribs combo. Ribs were bananas. I usually object to fall off the bone ribs, but these had char. They were moist and had amazing flavor.We also had a garden salad and baked potato. Both were great. Dessert was a strawberry cheesecake.Great food!Had an issue, and Lily, and Manager helped resolve it. We are grateful for hard-working waitstaff, but even the best restaurants will have an issue. It's all about the "HOW" they resolve it.Grat job team.Looking for a good, affordable steak meal?Head over to Texas Roadhouse!
Would be nice to have reservations but it does have call ahead seating. Good food. Large parties may experience difficulty with service on busy days. They were out of ribs and beef tips.

Ordered take out, sweet potato was black and tasted bitter, ribs were ok but talk about slime and fat, chili was as ok.It costs too much to not make the food good, I’m sick 5 hours later.Will not be coming back.

Went to this new location for the first time and found it was not as good as other Texas Roadhouse experiences I've had. The place is huge and was packed full, we had to wait about 20 minutes which isn't terrible for Sunday evening. But our waiter was either busy with too many tables or just not great. The burgers were overcooked, my steak was tough and flavorless, and the ribs were really dry. Only 2 of the 5 meals we ordered were decent, and combined with all the other factors I feel like the new location does not live up to the Texas Roadhouse standards of other locations I've been.

This location has it together! We joined the wait-list online, checked in, and waited only 3 or 4 minutes for a table on a busy Friday evening. Our server Skylar was great. Rolls and drinks kept coming and food came out quick and fresh. Great job!

Very loud and hard to carry on a discussion. The service was the best. Texas Roadhouse is very expensive. They will raise prices 2.2% at the end of April 2023. This is the 3rd price increase in less than a year equal to over 6%.
Ribs are so good here.
