The Steak & Shrimp special tonight was AMAZING!!! Take this from someone who isn't a big seafood or shrimp fan. Ordered my steak medium-well (ha, I know, I know, but it's just how I prefer it). It cut as smooth as softened butter and did not disappoint once eaten. It literally melted in my mouth. DELICIOUS! The mashed potatoes were disappointingly not warm. The side of sauted mushrooms was the perfect addition to my plate.Highly recommend the Toasted ravioli appetizer.Our server, didn't get his name, was excellent.

Very disappointed in my last couple of visits here. We typically come for dinner time on a weekday, and no matter how busy the restaurant is, there seems to always be just one waiter.Recently we came on a Thursday evening at 6pm, sat ourselves, and waited 15 minutes for our drink order to be taken. 7pm rolled around and no one had been by to take our food order. I tracked down the waiter, paid my tab and we left to go somewhere else to eat. I understand being busy, but waiting 45 minutes for another round of drinks or to order food is unacceptable.

Went to Brass Rail yesterday with a group. As much as I enjoy our group dinners, it's always hit or miss with service. But not at Brass Rail!! Cassie, our server, was EXTRAORDINARY! She greeted us as we sat down and made sure we all had our drinks. She was back at the table on a regular basis to check on us without being obtrusive. Making sure everyone gets the correct check can sometimes be a challenge. Cassie had the solution to this problem before she even started serving us. One person commented that Cassie's bubbly personality alone made the evening worthwhile. Another made sure to make a positive comment to the manager. One person told me Cassie was the absolutely best server they've ever had. I can't say enough great stuff about Cassie :) I got the Brass Balls (I love spicy food) and a small salad. Was just enough for me. Everyone really enjoyed their meals but without a doubt, Cassie made the night.

We went here with extended family (about 25 people total) and we had an entire room to ourselves. Despite them being understaffed they went above and beyond, had an incredibly positive attitude, amazing service, and helped with everything they could. The jambalaya was delicious, highly recommend ordering!!
