Went for a breakfast, the food was good just a little overpriced... And our waitress wasn't very attentive. We had to ask another server to bring our check after 25 minutes of being through eating And the bathrooms smell terrible we saw they tried to mask the smell with urine cakes 🫣

Came here for our anniversary and was not disappointed. Emily was our serve and she was fantastic and so friendly! Our food came out incredibly fast when they were so busy and everything tasted amazing! Will definitely be back next time we are in town.

I went to the shack hoping to have a nice meal with my grandson and was so disappointed. Our waitress, Katie was so unprofessional and on top of that, our order came out cold. She would barely check on us and When I would ask her for a refill she rolled her eyes and was snappy with my grandson. She is the waitress with purple hair and tattoos. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The stench of what smelled like weed coming from her ruined the entire experience for me and my grandson. We will spend our money at watch from now on. Terrible experience. 0/10
Food taste and presentation was very good. My only issue was the food temperature was not quite hot as it should have been when it arrived to our table. It was warm but not hot. This was the first time that has happened and I'm sure it was a one-off.

I was excited to go but ended up leaving trying not cry. I am neurodivergent so not clearly listing ingredients is really frustrating and I couldn't clearly set my expectations for my experience. My snickers iced coffee didn't have cream...and honestly didn’t taste like a snickers. You don't offer sides with your pancakes and to me that just screams sugar crash later. I mean yeah I wanted a pancake but I wanted a protein to keep me fuller for longer. My lemon and blueberry pancake had blueberries cooked into the pancake when that wasn't mentioned. I know it seems dumb but when I was already upset about the coffee and sides, it tipped me over the edge. I guess for anyone who is neurodivergent and struggles with change I would suggest to heavily research the menu or to go somewhere else. Oh and no sweet tea is a crime! The sugar packets never melt properly. And stop bringing water in a carafe, please. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
