I purposely go to Wendy’s right now for the any size $1 soda deal and love it. This location charged me over $3 today. I wouldn’t have even gone if I knew they weren’t offering this deal or maybe they just screwed up. Either way the customer service was not good.

Don't order the nuggets. I think that wendys has the best nuggets of all fast food options but the past 3 times I've ordered them they are borderline cold. Last time the girl told me it'd be a minute because they're making my order fresh and gave me fresh, hot fries with 14 cold nuggets

Just got home with my drive through order. I ordered a single with cheese. I received a double with bacon. But worse …. It literally smells ROTTEN - seriously rotten!!! I can’t even eat a bite of this. Disgusting. And there are very little of the standard condiments on the burger.

We mobile ordered and went through the drive thru to pick up our order and I don't know if I've ever received such awful service. They took 10 minutes to greet us because they were goofing around inside, and then stated a flat "what do you want" and then they took 15 minutes to make our food. They seemed very inconvenienced to be working there. I wish we went to McDonald's instead.

The guy who served me was a delight from jump. He started with "what can I make fresh for you?" And you could just tell he cares about those who come through. I was on the phone(not rudely) and my friend could even sense his genuineness from her perspective. When I pulled up, he gave an ETA of how long til my fresh food would come. I didn't catch his name but it was on the night shift. Just all around great service. Oh and everything was indeed fresh.

Straight out of the drive thru and I find I've gotten cold stale fries. Even the burger was luke warm. The meat was dry so think they might have their patties just sitting under a burner. I'm so tired of paying high prices for terrible cold food. It's getting to the point where expect bad service and/or bad food. It's a pleasant surprise when you get the opposite.
