Never had been a Wendy's guy but stopped for a cheeseburger, wow, what have I been missing? Definitely going to hit that place again soon.

I was there at 3:00 on August 27th 2025 the girl needs a new attitude if she can't run off customers nobody can
Service was slow. Zero customers in the dining room and 2 in drive-thru so no reason for slow service. You can definitely tell that they use a greasy mop water to mop the dining room. With zero customers, someone should have been checking the dining room to see if it needed to be cleaned instead of standing around talking.

Great food, greatest service of any Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Atmosphere was incomparable to any other restaurant I’ve ever eaten

I've been to this Wendy's many times and it's always been good. BUT, my last visit it was horrible, food, atmosphere and most of all service. Employees yelling at each other, soda machine was broke down and water all over the floor.Very disappointed.

Lavonda did such a great job serving me. Great customer experience. Would recommend giving her a raise.
The food is good, but the service is consistently the worst I’ve ever experienced. It feels like the staff genuinely dislike their jobs—and it shows. I’ve never had a positive interaction in the drive-thru at this Wendy’s. There’s a complete lack of basic customer service or common courtesy. It’s honestly shocking how bad it is every single time. A reflection of the poor management if you want to even call it that.
I usually come to this Wendy’s in the morning for breakfast, and the food is always good. However, the service at the drive-thru has been consistently disappointing. The woman who’s usually working it is extremely rude. She doesn’t greet you, doesn’t say thank you, or even acknowledge you with basic manners. She often rolls her eyes and seems bothered to even be there.
I visit often and always treat the staff with respect, but the attitude never changes. I understand that fast food can be a stressful job, but it’s not okay to make customers feel uncomfortable every single time. A little kindness and professionalism would go a long way.

Great place to grab a quick bite. The biggie bags are amazing for a cheap meal
Terrible. I think my 10 year olds could have offered better service. We tried to order Junior Frosties because my kids had a game today (and one of the signs says free frosty in uniform). The person behind the counter had a mouthful of her drink while she took our order. After we placed the order, we were informed that they could not do flavors in junior frosties. (Even though the Wendy’s off Mexico Rd just did last week). Anyway, my kids wanted the flavors, so I cancelled the juniors and was going to just buy the smalls. The person at the register and the manager didn’t know how to cancel an order. So after a few minutes of trying to problem solve, they moved my order to the drive thru register. I told them what we wanted and we waited, and waited, and waited.
Meanwhile, someone made the junior frosties that we cancelled and I was asked twice if those are what we were waiting for. After I told them “No, we are getting the small size with toppings”, one worker said “But you still want these too, right?” No I did not.
The first person held her hand out and since she still had a mouthful of food I assume, I figured she wanted a payment. There was no total spoken, but I reluctantly gave my card, thinking I would get a receipt. Should have known, but no receipt. She left before I could ask for one and I assumed she was making our frosties. Wrong again. I might add that all the while, there was not a single other person in the store and many workers standing around singing to the songs on the radio and standing around staring at us while we waited. No one offered each other any help.
We finally got our very melted soup frosties, two out of four were wrong. I told worker #1 that they were wrong and she says “ehhh, sorry”. No offer to fix it, no word from the kid manager (who probably wouldn’t know how to fix it anyway). I just ended up taking the melted mess and left, but now I am going to need to call my credit card company to see what I was charged.
What in the world is the hiring process here? Warm body-okay, you’re in?! There was no way I was going to ask for a remake at that point and my daughters friend was supposed to be home 5 minutes before we left, so I felt stuck. This is the saddest staffing I’ve ever seen. Do better Wendy’s.

Great breakfast menu.
Ordered a half sweet tea. Lady filled the cup halfway with sweet tea and the rest with cold water. For people who don't drink tea, it's basically ordering a diet coke and then filling half with coke and half with water. It's not the same..... anyways, they told me they are cleaning the tea now and I can't get any for a long while. Great....
Son of Baconators for 3$ wasn't bad though, just wish I had some tea to wash it down. Cant drink soda from the fountains, so basically I'm just gonna dry mouth it and walk next door for a drink at the gas station.
