I felt like I walked into a homeless encampment when I strolled through the door. The guy taking my order was struggling extremely hard to type it in to the computer due to how high he was(likely on fentanyl). Food looked so bad we didn't even eat it through it straight in the trash and went to Culver's just do the ofallon area a favor and shut this location down

My husband and I went through drive thru and ordered a krabby patty meal and a chicken meal for me. I asked for the chicken, cheese fries, and a chocolate frosty. The girl taking our order didn't read it back, didn't put the cheese fries on the order, and then gave attitude when we went inside to correct the mistake. I'm a very understanding person. Stuff happens. But she shouldn't have given attitude for a mistake she made.

Food is the same Wendy's you expect, just the service has been really slow since COVID first hit and still now.
I love there Baconator fries, but the past 5 times I’ve order them I have received unmelted cheese and three or four tiny pieces of bacon. If I wanted no bacon I would have ordered cheese fries. The last time I went to this Wendy’s I ordered just cheese fries because why pay extra for bacon and not receive the bacon? But no matter what the cheese is never melted anyway. And 9/10 times I’m always missing something from my order.
