I guess someone was tired of working or hates their job. Although i browsed other reviews,looks like poor management is the issue. Ive applied here several times and no luck even though i fit the requirements. On 5/22/25, i went around midnight to get some food for the fam. I guess 10 sliders was too much for whoever was cooking to handle. They had each one covered in onions. Im not exaggerating, could hardly see the burger patty itself when you take the tops off. Jokes on them, i scraped most of them off. 😂 No,im not new to white castle. I know the burgers come w onions.

Did a DoorDash order for 3 items chicken rings fries and a shake, received chicken rings and fries but no shake. The incompetence is unbelievable 3 items and they can’t do that right, wonder what they are smoking apparently they need someone to hold their hands

I went there a few days ago and my son had hair in his burger. I went to get another one with no hair. The girl that was making the burgers had no hair net on, the hair in the burger was the same color as her hair. She was so nonchalant and had the nerve to be sassy because her hair was the one in the food 😳. I was too disgusted to take a picture of the hair, it was pinkish blonde.

This location has always impressed me with the quality of food! Always hot and fresh! Sometimes the drive thru can be a bit busy but I don't mind the wait for the hot fresh food they deliver! Also their breakfast is really frickin good! Big shout out to their employees that make it consistently great!
