Had to grab some sliders on my way home from vacation and had a great experience. Shannon, the guy working the drive-thru was awesome. His greeting delivery and acknowledgement of your order is extraordinary. The connotation in his voice when acknowledging your order, makes you feel like you just made the best decision of your life. Then pull up to the window and makes suggestions to my drink that turned out great and makes the change on the fly. Shannon gets FIVE stars and my Dbl Cheese sliders hit the spot!

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for a small order. 6:30-7:15 behind 4 cars. This place is not fast or efficient at all.

Living in Atlanta for the last 30 years, I had not visited a White Castle in MANY years! This visit was was disappointing — I was served dry fish sandwiches and greasy fries. I couldn’t eat it.
