No one in the kitchen is wearing gloves or hairnets
My food was amazing and the service was great!! Such a welcoming environment, me and my friends were even saying we wished we worked there. Everyone on night shift working around 10-10:30 on may 3rd seriously should all get raises because not only were they quick with making our food, they had the best costumer service I’ve ever seen!!!
I ordered a 10pc Combo with fries from DoorDash and more in a big order, when it arrives the combo has no fries because Wingstop forgot them. I called them and they do not answer their phone. Had to drive to go get the food I paid for, wasting the point in delivery entirely, because WingStop is too incomptetant to put fries in their combos.
I have tried several times to call regarding missing items in my order. The provided phone number does not work! I will not be ordering from this company again.

Ordered online and it said it would be ready at 5:41-5:45. I got to the store and went in and waited, hell I’m still waiting for my food and it’s 6:11. This better be the best wing stop I have ever tasted. I better ascend to another dimension because of how good the food is. How long does it take to make six chicken tenders? Yall back there killing the chicken? There are six visible employees and two are actively working. I’ve been sitting in here watching one customer get served and get the food they ordered for every minute I have been sitting here waiting. I ORDERED ONLINE. and they just told me it would be done at 6:25. This is actually ridiculous.
Food was not edible and still waiting on promised refund from 2 months ago.
I have ordered delivery from this location three times in the last few months. The food is decent *when they get the order right*, however no order has ever been 100% correct in my family's experience.
The first two orders came as boneless wings when I ordered regular bone in wings and one of the orders were the completely wrong flavors. The order tonight had an entire missing item. I let the first two times slide without complaint because what we received was still tasty and we could live with the mistakes, but I had to call about the missing item tonight because one family member basically didn't get their dinner and we had to split what we did receive amongst the group to make sure everyone was fed ...checking the receipt I was indeed charged for the item that I did not receive.
When I called in about the missing item tonight the only option to make it right was either they remake it and I drive back out there myself to pick it up, or enter a 'credit' tied to my phone number in their system that is only redeemable by coming into the restaurant in person the next time we order from them. As care giver of two disabled individuals, neither option is ideal and outings have to be carefully planned...which is why we order delivery in the first place. I asked for the price of the item to just be refunded back to my card and was told it could take up to 30 days to process (thank goodness it was only $6.00).
I've given this place multiple benefits of doubt, but this is definitely a three strikes your out situation. Going to have to find a new place to get our wing fix. Unlikely to ever order from here again.
IT LOOKS LIKE KM ISN'T REALLY A FLAVOR EXPERT AFTER ALL. Just got my order, and there is minimal lemon pepper on 3 wings out of 15. This is the second time this has happened. I will stop ordering since this is the second time I've made a complaint about this.

Ordered through uber eats order 1 of my flavors was incorrect and the wings was not extra crispy as requested. Call to have remade just to be told they couldn’t find it. This happens quite offend. Very disappointing.
Absolute clowns work here. They must have hired people who have only worked at the circus. Don't believe me? Order food from here 10 times and 10 of those orders will be missing half if not more of your order.
My first and last time. Chicken tenders were nothing but grease. Our veggie straws side was missing. Fries were greasy and sweet.
Never again.

This has to be the single worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant other than having food dumped on my head. Took over 40 minutes to get our food. Had to ask multiple times what was going on and it was always that they had just ran out of fries. Food was horribly over salted/seasoned and was next to inedible. Horrific. Will never be back.
