Ordered my food online, came in and was greeted with a smile and was told my order was being work on. 5 minutes (or less) later my food was ready, order was correct and tasted delicious! The crew working tonight was efficient and professional, best experience at this location I’ve had yet!

We were waiting for over 30 minutes for our food. When we asked for to-go boxes it came out sooner then when we actually order.Our Dr. Pepper was foaming. Yes foaming in the straw.

Ordered online and they said their fryer was being cleaned, and wouldn't be able to make my order. Said that was fine and that I'd like to refund in that case - was told that the store doesn't handle online orders and that I would need to email to refund my online order. I go online and the Wingstop website said to reach out to my local restaurant to get a refund - so seems the employee either didn't know how to handle refunds or was giving me the run around. Issued a chargeback

This is the second time that I have been given the incorrect amount of wings. The first time I received TWO orders with only THREE wings each. Today, one of my orders has FIVE wings!
Every time I come here there’s at least a 2030 minute delay no change today if it wasn’t for my daughter, I would never come back here it’s even more ridiculous. Now it’s gonna be over an hour after the time they said it would be ready. This happens every time I come here. This will be my last and I will call corporate.

The food always tastes great, but there is 0 reason for me to order online, be 20 minutes later than the estimated time for pickup, and still have to wait 30 minutes for my food. An hour later than anticipated after already paying. I wish I could just cancel and get my refund. Doing that and going somewhere else and then back home would still be faster than trying to eat here

Please get this place shut down. This is probably top 1 worst places to get your food at. 2 hour plus wait on any sort of food and barely any staff working ever. All staff that are working are lazy and can’t do there jobs and can barely even walk down and back across the kitchen. It’s sad to see this place is still open or under new management or something of the sort. This place is a complete disappointment to society and should be shut down immediately.

Okay food, people are nice ish, but it’s either my sauce is like not tossed or something or there’s no sauce or so much sauce I can’t eat it. Just seems like there is almost something wrong going on there
Worst service I have had, talked shit on people in front of them and checked the name off that it was done on the board but still made you wait 15-30 mins after it says it was done.

This place is honestly terrible and I'm shocked anyone eats here, 9/10 times I've been here theres a 1+ hour wait on both online and in-store orders and there is barely any staff. The staff that is in there is usually on their phones and/or goofing off while there is 20 people crowded in their store waiting for orders. The only positive thing I can say about this store is that when you do finally get your food It taste fresh, but it's honestly not worth the wait, I recommend going to literally anywhere else for chicken wings

My husband and I went last night around 6:50pm and had ordered online to have it ready ASAP by 7:18-7:20pm. The workers said that wouldn’t happen it would be a 45 minute wait. A lot of people in there canceling their orders asking for refunds. Eventually they turned off online orders. They left a 3 day new manger left to handle the chaos. Ended up calling another manger to come in. Only positive thing was the food was hot and very good. But it was ridiculous in there and the wait was not acceptable.
