This ladies and gentlemen is an eaten wing that was re-fried and served to us. We ordered online, drove to pick it up, ,got it home and discovered the order was wrong. My husband called and was told to bring he entire order back and it would be remade. When he arrived the girl was claiming to her supervisor that she never told him they would remake the order?????? Really girl?!?!?! Do you honestly think he would subject his family to a delayed dinner if he wasn't promised a fresh meal for us all?!?!?!? No, he would not! . Supervisor says he will remake order. Hubby gets home and I find THIS in my order!!!!!! This wing was already eaten and then thrown back into the fryer and cooked. This is so disgusting!!!!!! My husband said we were like the 5th order tonight that was massively wrong, so I'm thinking maybe they took cold orders and re-fried them to get us a hot order. I have never had a good experience with wingstop, but my husband and kids keep saying they are good. Hopefully after tonight I will never again be subjected to this disgusting health code violation of a restaurant again . Gross!!!!!! I want our money back!!!!

I ordered my food at 5:30 to get here at 6 and it is 7pm and I still have a dasher waiting on the food I ordered over any hour ago because they gave my food to someone else and lost my order my poor dasher has been waiting for an hour. Apparently missing orders and missing items have been happening all night all I heard in the background when my dasher called was screaming and yelling this is ridiculous.
Best night EVER Josh and Cordell and the lovely lady that answered the phone at store 217 in Ofallon Mo…100% perfect to the extra crispy and the extra dry rub!!! Wow absolutely amazing! I only tipped $2…feels like a $10 tip should’ve happened and I intend to go back and take care of that!!! Thx soooo much for making the end of my day great!!!

Sitting here now. And while I feel badly for the ppl working here they clearly didn’t expect to have success from their marketing campaign. Personally I think the food here sucks but my kids like it so here I am. Ordered 20 tenders from their website at 6:04 Saturday evening. The email I received said it would be ready in 17 to 21 minutes As of 7:11 I’m still waiting and the only thing being said is that they’re about 20 minutes behind. I did get to see a guy go full Karen about 20 minutes ago and imagine someone else will do the same before I get to leave here.

I don’t review a lot of places, but Cordell really stood out to me, while I was there he had his team prioritizing orders, getting everyone in and out, and was running everything smoothly, he was also incredibly friendly, he really brought my experience up to 5

Fantastic visit tonight. We had several flavors of wings, each better than the next. My daughter had the Louisiana Dry Rub; that's on my next meal of wings. The guys and gals really worked hard and it was evident with our food. Very fresh and hot, cooked while we waited, not just sitting around waiting for sauce.I'd add pictures but they were so good, I didn't even think about a picture until it was too late!The Cajun Corn is fantastic and I highly recommend it!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! Came in before 12:30pm and didn't get our food this 1:25pm. The employees were more worried about making door dash order then getting ours and 5 other people's order ready that ordered in the store. Agian WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
