Waited 45 minutes+, asked politely twice where me and my wife's food was, kept getting told it'd be coming right up. It was not busy, when inquired a third time, was told my order was lost in the system, asked for a refund. Eventually got a refund, staff didn't apologize, or try to fix the situation, they just seemed indifferent and didn't really care. Don't know how this place makes any money. Advise management to teach front facing staff better customer service skills.
Would not recommend, staff just seems to not care or have any kind of customer service mindset.

It could have been a good pizza but the bottom of the crust was burned (black). About all I could taste was burnt crust.

🍕 🍔🍨 Great concept to have so many tasty choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was way too warm inside, though. Turning the lights off during daylight may be helpful.

This place has been my son’s favorite for a while now and every time we have gone for years it’s been SO HOT inside. I don’t know if they need to turn the air down or get a whole new system, but I don’t love to eat in a stuffy place with sweat accumulating on my back. The pizza is great.

Amazing food! However, they need to turn on the air conditioning. It was extremely warm in the restaurant both times I’ve been in the last month. The last time it was so warm inside the ice cream was already melting as it was handed to me
