With 6 customers in the place, a person working there walked by us 3 times and never said a word after seeing us. So after 5-10 minutes of standing there, we gave up and walked out. If they would of acknowledged us, we would have gladly waited. I'm sure this will be closed soon. Sad, I was looking forward to their queso. We ended up driving to another location and gave that location a 5 star review so all they needed to do was acknowledged we existed over 5-10 minutes of standing there.

I went to celebrate my birthday at Chevy's. I don't know if there are new managers because the service is much better and they gave me my birthday hat.

Such a cute place. Came to eat lunch before flight out of STL. The chips! OMG the chips were so light and tasty! Came out hot with the salsa just right. Not too spicy. Perfect for my taste. The food came out hot and delicious. Service was great. Seems like a good place to celebrate with a group. Has outside seating as well.

For it to be one of the most popular days Mother's Day, the service was pretty good. The food was good . Thanks to OpenTable reservations we were seated right away

Called to verify outdoor seating availability before booking on open table. Assured they would seat us for dinner. Arrived 10 minutes early. We were told they were still waiting for their server to show up and couldn't seat us outside. A party of nine walked up to the podium requesting their reserved outside table. They were told they had to be seated inside instead. We asked if we could order from the bar and carry our food outside ourselves. Denied. We were told to order to-go instead. We dine at chevy's from California to Missouri. The leadership at this location needs to be replaced.

We waited 45 mins for our reservation then seated us at a table too small for our group after we begged several times to be seated. Told us they didn't have flights that day and then saw flights delivered to other tables had a DJ for Cinco when the website stated live music. DJ was so loud we couldn't even hear ourselves across the table.
We go here every year for Cinco de Mayo or just our after work spot. Today was like popping of course because of Cinco de Mayo. We had a little bit of wait but that was expected. The drinks were delicious and the food was as well. We always come back!!

The manager was nice and accommodated us when the food came out burnt and cold. I would not go back for the food, but the drinks were absolutely refreshing.

Maria is our favorite server and takes such good care of us every time. We are at Chevys at least once a month and ask for Maria every time. The happy hour in the cantina was a bit of a change, I do think it makes more sense to just keep it throughout the whole restaurant but that's just my opinion. I love the happy hour, smothered burrito, chicken flautas, guac & margs
