Prior to tonight it had been about a decade since eating here. We'd been talking about how we missed Chevy's and, since we were in the area tonight, we decided it was the perfect place for dinner. You know how you often remember things tasting better than they actually did (or do)? Well, we had the complete opposite experience tonight. The food was at least at good, if not better than I remembered. The prickly pear margarita was delicious. The service was phenomenal....
