Staff members are illiterate, impolite, and have a careless attitude. We ordered a Premium chicken pizza online, excluding the pepperoni and sausage. Despite having clear instructions in written, they still mix sausage and pepperoni. I need to go back and grab a new pizza. This problem has occurred twice in this shop. I hope the owner pays attention, give candid feedback to employees, gives them basic training, and change staff if they do not improve.

So let's get into it. This is a bit challenging to speak about. I dined in on this day. Place is extremely clean, very pleased. Friendly, two Caucasian men where really holding it down. Great conversation. None the less, a huge turn off. Taking orders, cash handling, NEVER saw the mgr wash his hands. Went straight to cook no hair net, perspiring wiping hands onto the apron. A huge NOT ACCEPTABLE đđ. The lesson here is folks watch as they're preparing your food... please pay attention, in the hustle and bustle of rushing to complete orders in a timely manner. It creates many health issues. By way of germs, you can become very ill. Be safe out there. People aren't giving you proper food handling.

New Management is terrible! They were over 35 minutes late to deliver lunch to an entire school for a preorder made over a week in advance. We were told the pizza would be there in 5 minutes all 3 times we called. That was not even close to the truth. This is the first time we've had an issue with our order in over a year - it's definitely reflective of their new manager.

The food and people are fine, but it is obviously extremely understaffed. I have ordered a pizza and have it take over 45 minutes to even go into the oven or been cancelled completely due to no delivery driver. I hope the owner sees this and knows that he is the one at fault, not the workers. He needs to hire more people and pay them better so they actually stay. There is no worker shortage, only a pay shortage. This place is obviously managed extremely poorly.

It feels like you are walking into a deep freezer when you walk into this location, unnecessarily cold!!! Unwelcoming, uninviting atmosphere đŹ. You shouldn't freeze your customers out! Come on Domino's..

They took over an hour when theyâre five minutes away, I order from there multiple times a week, they delivered my food to the wrong house, hung up on me, didnât refund or bring us our pizza.

Ordered pizza online (Dec 13, 2024, 7:05 pm) but it didnât even leave the store for 62 minutes. Called the store to confirm and the person who picked up the phone did not even care and talked extremely rudely. I ended up cancelling the pizza. Will never order from there again. I wish there was a zero star option because they donât even deserve 1/5.

Everything about this Domino's sucks The pizza's dry, they deliver late. They so illiterate, that they don't know how to make a pizza, and/or move order arounds to get back on schedule. This Domino's being an hour or 2 late, is the normal for them they're just slow mentally, physically. The day they closed this Domino's down will be a historic accomplishment for St Louis. Literally the worst Domino's in all of town.
