Staff here saved my butt. I forgot to pick up my order and they made sure I got it in time to get all my coworkers fed. The food is always top of the line at Honey Baked Ham, but here at Olivette? The service is what sets it apart. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

The worst ham ever. I have been eating Honey Baked ham for years but this year was the worst!! The ham was so salty and smoky it was if someone had poured a bottle of liquid smoke on top. No sugar coating at all. Over 100.00 for this Ham and no one would eat it. If you pick up your ham make sure you look at it before leaving the store. The outside of it was black'n

The person who waited on me was awesome, but I guess because I could not immediately find my credit card in my purse, one of the other (male) workers decided he wanted to pick the bag back up and take it back as if he thought I was going to grab it without paying. Mind you, it was perhaps 30 seconds before I located my card. I normally go to the Kirkwood location (without any issues) and going forward, that is what I will do.

I picked my ham up a couple days ago now it's Christmas morning I open it to warm it and the ham is burnt and dry and black on top what a Christmas no way to get a replacement this ham should not have been sold to anyone

I ordered online got my email with order number and scan code when I went to pick it up they didn't have me in the system even though I ordered 10 days in advance. Both cashiers asked me my name 3 or 4 times. I asked them if they wanted to see the order or scan the QR code no they didn't want to do that but kept asking me my name and asking me when I placed the order. It was like a freak show and very aggravating and unprofessional.
