Management sucks. Expect your sandwich to be wrong

I placed a catering order for teachers in a local district with quite a few modifications/special orders; the manager (Dave, I believe) and was very thorough with order placement, confirmation of all modifications, and our pick-up time. Upon pickup, I was pleasantly surprised to see that each sandwich & side were neatly packed within individual bags, and labeled with each teacher's name. This made distribution a breeze, and everyone's lunch feel truly catered. The little things really do make a difference.
I often order out for group/customer lunches, and will 100% return to this location with the established trust in knowing that large orders will be handled correctly. With that, I will absolutely recommend this location to friends + coworkers.

This is the worst jimmy johns I've ever been too... dirty, maintenance issues, absolutely gross.
Who runs this place they should be embarrassed. Very unsanitary.. go see for yourself. I won't be back.

ZERO STARS - I placed an online catering order the day before, was charged for the order, and then I showed up and the store was closed (at the exact day and time that I was supposed to pick it up). How can a location just not fulfill an order and close the store without contacting customers who have already ordered? Or, I should never have been allowed to submit the order online if the location was always closed at that time. Something is off. My catering order was almost $200 and my credit card was charged. There has been no response from JJ yet to correct this. This franchise is an embarrassment to the JJ name.
