Bought a BLT for lunch and asked for extra bacon. Sandwich had barely any bacon whatsoever. Called to get a refund JUST FOR MY MISSING BACON. The gentleman on the phone told me that he personally made my sandwich and there was extra bacon and that he put nine pieces on it. I took it apart and it was two pieces cut in threes. I wish I could add a picture because this sandwich is laughable. Just go somewhere else

Charles and the crew were fantastic. It's a bit strange for me to write a review of a national chain sandwich shop, but these guys always have smiles and give me and my family great service that's quick and friendly. Ken was incredible! I’m gluten free and usually order the unwich, but since they were out of lettuce, he put together a salad for me instead. It was thoughtful, creative, and way beyond what I expected. Truly made my day. Thank you, Ken!

The staff here are incredible. They are so careful to handle my food since I have food allergies. They are friendly and kind. I will drive from where ever I am to this location because every time I go i am so thankful! Today Ken and Jordyn took care of me, Nathan has in the past. THANK YOU ALL!! Having to eat gluten free isn’t easy but this place is so accommodating!

Ordered about an hour before close on a Saturday. Pulled up, one employee who was night manager Ken. Confirmed my order and he made my roast beef and cheddar fresh. It was a TOP tier sandwich, like seriously. Accuracy of customizations, portions. Ken was great to talk to and with 8 years experience with the company he said, kept a clean and tidy store.

Showed up. Dude looked at us getting out of the car and locked the door 2 hours before close. 7pm. Sign on the door clearly says 9pm.
I ordered the #5 the Vito and it comes with no mayo, they made my sandwich with mayo. And when I tried calling (multiple times) they never picked up their phone so I couldn't get a refund.

I placed a catering order for teachers in a local district with quite a few modifications/special orders; the manager (Dave, I believe) and was very thorough with order placement, confirmation of all modifications, and our pick-up time. Upon pickup, I was pleasantly surprised to see that each sandwich & side were neatly packed within individual bags, and labeled with each teacher's name. This made distribution a breeze, and everyone's lunch feel truly catered. The little things really do make a difference.
I often order out for group/customer lunches, and will 100% return to this location with the established trust in knowing that large orders will be handled correctly. With that, I will absolutely recommend this location to friends + coworkers.
