Who runs this place they should be embarrassed. Very unsanitary.. go see for yourself. I won't be back.

ZERO STARS - I placed an online catering order the day before, was charged for the order, and then I showed up and the store was closed (at the exact day and time that I was supposed to pick it up). How can a location just not fulfill an order and close the store without contacting customers who have already ordered? Or, I should never have been allowed to submit the order online if the location was always closed at that time. Something is off. My catering order was almost $200 and my credit card was charged. There has been no response from JJ yet to correct this. This franchise is an embarrassment to the JJ name.

I tried placing an order online and it just kept saying error, please call the store to order. So I called the store to order in the middle of the day and there was no answer. I called several times and there was no answer. I reached out to customer service and got a few single question emails then she stopped responding. I was asking why the store was closed in the middle of the day and not taking orders and got no response. I'm really disappointed that the store isn't operating during business hours when they should be and that customer service was so non-responsive.
