The angry old guy is thr worse. Everyone else seems fair. Most of the time I have a good experience. The angry old guy is rude and has terrible customer service skills. He has improved a little over time.Today 11/1/2023 the old guy delivered our food in a timely manner. He forgot our chips. I'm reasonable and can be understanding. however, it's been over 1.5 hours since he brought our sandwiches.. he has yet to bring our chips. I have called the store multiple times...

Similar to most other Jimmy John's locations.The biggest issue with these places seems to be the lost idea of "freaky fast".I'll still choose jj's over many other places, though.

Ordered delivery at 11:40am and still have not received my order and it is 1:06pm. Called the store and they said they were busy today and my food should be delivered soon. I understand people are busy or understaffed but you should phone the customer and let them know maybe about the extended wait time, but its been another 20 minutes since I have called the store and still have not received my food and its less and a 7 minute drive away. If i was not at work I would drive up...
