Right now they have some trainees who are very slow. I think they are not catching on. Several days it’s been like this. Tonite was the limit when I had to wait over 15 minutes for a mobile order and then one of the lids was not secured and sticky caramel all down my dress and the side of my car. Better wait a wh8le for them to work out the labor situation.

Normally I would give 5 stars for this location because they used to be too notch. Then they upgraded to the double drive thru which has just bogged down the service. Then today I was so excited McRibs were back, I even told the order taker she made my day! I ordered it with no pickles or onions. The special order ticket was on the box. Opened it once I got back to work to find both pickles & onions! Pickle juice cannot be removed from food. It is vile & ruins everything it touches....read full review
