Was in drive through and they wouldn’t serve us unless it was online order. Had to sit in the long line anyways and can’t get out of line any way. Thought the owner of the franchise should know what their employees are doing on the daily (05/16 8:30 pm)

This McDonald’s Doesn’t Sell Fries! Seriously.
“We don’t have fries,” said the drive-thru rep — again. Why even bother turning on the lights if you're not serving the one thing McDonald’s is known for? Fries are literally the reason the rest of the food works.
And it’s not just a one-time fluke. I’ve heard this multiple times. This is the only McDonald’s that somehow runs out of both fries and ketchup on a regular basis. Impressive, in the worst way possible.
This location doesn’t serve food — it serves confusion, disappointment, and the occasional napkin.

A little bit of discrimination. They had me drive 40 min to bring my baby up to interview to be told to go down the street and then I went down the street they gave me the run around.

My sister went to get McDonalds for me and her. The workers (two girls) were rude and laughing and her and on there phones taking pictures of her. Didn’t say that u and just were rude. Fries were bland. My sisters chicken SPICY sandwich isn’t spicy and basically drowned in lettuce. Don’t recommend sadly

Worst McDonald's experience I have ever had. All the employees are behind the counter scrolling on their phones instead of working. We waited 30 minutes for our food. Terrible costumer service, beyond rude.

Horrible! Ordered one thing and was given a completely different order, and they would not fix it. I ended up spending another additional 5 bucks for what I asked for. Never again.

Sat in the lobby for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Food took atleast another 15 minutes! Workers on FACETIME IGNORING ME! Took for a worker coming from off his break (was in there when he went), to acknowledge me again and make sure i got my food! Attitude from the manager lowkey!
Lazy didn’t bring food to table like requested through kiosk friends ended up being cold me being anti social I didn’t even request fresh ones just kept it pushing. Light skin women who work the cashier. None of the employees looks happy in someway or even approachable from the African Americans to the Spanish speaking people don’t recommend morning shift evening and night is better

They don't take your order at the drive through. They'll let you sit there until you say something. And if you get fed up with the rudeness of their workers you can't leave they have a barricade around the drive through and won't let you out

The food is excellent on the way prepared, and nothing burned. The restaurant is clean, which is a plus. Our issue was that after ordering using the kiosk for dine in, the food never arrived at the table like the kiosk, and the table number says. Ten minutes later, a female yelled the table number as if we ordered to go. If the table service will mot be available, they should put a sign on the kiosk to wait for their number. This also happened to the customer before our turn as well.
