Few good workers there one in particular that got me my breakfast at 10:32 after I got stuck in traffic getting there. And apologized for the wait as they had to make them fresh. Then there’s the worker that I got today arrived at 10:30 was at the speaker at 10:31 after waiting for the person infront of me and was told that I couldn’t get my food “cause it canceled itself at 10:30” but then she ask if I want anything else I tell her no she then says “alright I’ll cancel this then”. Cause it wasnt cancelled she just didn’t want to have to go tell the cooks to make one more breakfast item. The reason im genuinely upset is A. Mc breakfast is only thing ill eat there B. The order was placed by 10:26 and I clicked the “I’m already here” button on the app walking my car as I’m less than a minute away and when I asked in a frustrated tone she got a tone back like I was asking for something crazy

I arrived 14 minutes before closing and McDonald's was not open to take orders. The door says 11:00 pm that it closes on Sunday.

me and my kids waited morethan 30 minutes in line waiting to give order cos we were not familiar to order on screen then we left with out ordering anything finally we use drive throught.that is fine.

Only do drive thru at this location. They are efficient at best. Sometimes like this time I get borderline dead fries.

The staff here was not friendly at all. There were people waiting in line to order. And they were told to use the kiosk. And then a few minutes later, they started waiting on people at the register. It made no sense. People that were waiting to place their order were there for a good 10 minutes and nobody even said hi to them. They had to ask to be waited on and then they were told to use the kiosk. What happened to good customer service? Convenient is not always better! We did order at the kiosk and we got our food about 15 minutes later. The burger was good, but the fries were cold. I would not recommend this place & I will not come here again!

My quick stop on the way to the Butterfly House turned into a 30 minute chore, for a sausage mcmuffin and mocha frappe.

I literally put in my number for a medium or large fry for $1.39 the lady couldn’t understand what im saying! So she put the number in and on my app it says they got it and i said can u make that a large fry! THEN i asked for a MINI OREO MCFLURRY!! They still charged me the price for a large fry ($3.69) And the price of a REGULAR mcflurry! Like what is going on

I use the app and $8 meal and I ordered a McChicken for my son total was $12 and something they refused to give me all my food because I didn't have a receipt because the girl didn't give me a receipt she argued and argued with me about giving me the food till finally a kitchen worker came out with the receipt showing the McChicken why she had to argue with me when when it was clearly paid for I don't know she was wearing a manager's uniform also

Today (8/31/25) I went to pickup and online order around 9:30am. The lady (I think manager) preparing the food was very efficient, skilled and paid attention to the customers waiting at the counter. Let me know she was working on my carry out. This is the first time I reviewed a McDonald’s but felt inclined too. Very rarely do I get good service at this level. Thank you.

Kiosk didnt print receipts. Took Staff 15 minutes to get help.

If you don't want the manager to chase your car down and try to jump you, don't go there.
On top of that, Kisha—the GM—will accuse you of harassment just for not wanting to get jumped by her manager.
Not to mention, you're probably not even going to get what you ordered,
and they might try to charge you for an entirely different family's order—while yelling at you like it's your fault, as if you work for them.
Compared to the location on Henley, the difference in service is like night and day.
We don’t have to live like that.

Slow, always something missing (drink or sauce), after two visits I’ve learned to check my order. The third visit, although slow, I was happy my food was nice and fresh.
But I get home just to find out the fries weren’t salted. I know, small problem, I happen to not have salt. So…. That’s on me but I don’t order my fries without salt.
Also my order was in three separate bags all shoved into one lol. Couldn’t help but laugh, this was my last visit.
