The food is excellent on the way prepared, and nothing burned. The restaurant is clean, which is a plus. Our issue was that after ordering using the kiosk for dine in, the food never arrived at the table like the kiosk, and the table number says. Ten minutes later, a female yelled the table number as if we ordered to go. If the table service will mot be available, they should put a sign on the kiosk to wait for their number. This also happened to the customer before our turn as well.

I can't say this place for the last couple of months. Constant problems with the coffee machine! Willingness to make it colder or just Say "the coffee machine doesn't work!" and then turn around and walk away! Refunds are not recommended. Today I was upset and stupidly took a cold sweet Frappé and didn't insist on a refund...

My experience today was less than favorable I pulled up behind a customer on the left lane waiting to get her order taken. Two cars pulled up and was served first on right side so I changed lanes completed my order then went to window. She took payment told staff she was going to bathroom no one covered the window and this was 5 minutes before change of shift. Total time 10 minute wait ( not quite fast food).

Spit in my food. On the app I ordered tomato on my sandwich. When it came there was no tomato. So I asked for a side of tomatoes and they put it in a Big Mac container with like seven tomato slices and a huge loogie right on top. Absolutely disgusting.

Usually excellent service at this location. However, today, they had a technology glitch. They were not taking my order on the intercom, but kept taking orders from people who pulled up after me on the other intercom. I drove around and tried to make an order at the window. The manager gave me some serious negative attitude like she was talking to an employee and said I needed to follow protocol next time and pull back around and place my order. I refused the order at that point and went to Panera in University City instead. The gentleman at Panera who served me knew how to treat a customer.
