I literally put in my number for a medium or large fry for $1.39 the lady couldn’t understand what im saying! So she put the number in and on my app it says they got it and i said can u make that a large fry! THEN i asked for a MINI OREO MCFLURRY!! They still charged me the price for a large fry ($3.69) And the price of a REGULAR mcflurry! Like what is going on

I use the app and $8 meal and I ordered a McChicken for my son total was $12 and something they refused to give me all my food because I didn't have a receipt because the girl didn't give me a receipt she argued and argued with me about giving me the food till finally a kitchen worker came out with the receipt showing the McChicken why she had to argue with me when when it was clearly paid for I don't know she was wearing a manager's uniform also

Today (8/31/25) I went to pickup and online order around 9:30am. The lady (I think manager) preparing the food was very efficient, skilled and paid attention to the customers waiting at the counter. Let me know she was working on my carry out. This is the first time I reviewed a McDonald’s but felt inclined too. Very rarely do I get good service at this level. Thank you.

If you don't want the manager to chase your car down and try to jump you, don't go there.
On top of that, Kisha—the GM—will accuse you of harassment just for not wanting to get jumped by her manager.
Not to mention, you're probably not even going to get what you ordered,
and they might try to charge you for an entirely different family's order—while yelling at you like it's your fault, as if you work for them.
Compared to the location on Henley, the difference in service is like night and day.
We don’t have to live like that.

Slow, always something missing (drink or sauce), after two visits I’ve learned to check my order. The third visit, although slow, I was happy my food was nice and fresh.

But I get home just to find out the fries weren’t salted. I know, small problem, I happen to not have salt. So…. That’s on me but I don’t order my fries without salt.

Also my order was in three separate bags all shoved into one lol. Couldn’t help but laugh, this was my last visit.

Last Time... Walked in and the lobby was filthy. Drink station was a mess. Bathroom reeked of urine. Customer service from the young lady in leather pants was terrible. Everyone was in their phones. Saw the young man in the back dropping thawed chicken products. Looked disgusting from my view? Meat didn't taste too fresh and the fries were stiff, dry and hard. Bad experience.

Placed a Pickup Order for a van full of kids with special orders. We were in a time crunch, but this McDonalds was double checking the complicated order as soon as I walked in. The lady on fries today came over to show the other worker to look for the special requests. It was perfect! I was pleasantly surprised and so thankful for the attention to detail today!

I have been going to this location for a couple years now and the food has good downhill. I know it's fast food and not gourmet but a burnt fish filet with cheese that's started to dry up is ridiculous. And their ice cream and shake machine(s) is always broke down. I think I have been able to get ice cream once in 2.5 years. I will not go back to this location again.

Waited 20 minutes for a free cheeseburger. I asked for a courtesy drink, and she refused and told me that I could get a water instead. And then when we first got there, we noticed that she was arguing with the employee in the drive-through.
