I order here weekly for my wife and myself. There is a problem with the way the make their iced carmel macchiato's, and it is compounded if you dare ask for additional espresso shots. After overfilling your cup with milk, they add your espresso shots. Seems about right? Right? Macchiato means espresso on top or something like that, so were good up until that point. I go to this location frequently, more than any other. I've found on several occasions, usually earlier in the morning, mobile ordering is not available in the Starbucks app. Not sure why that would be considering it's during their business hours. I go to this location pretty much every Friday as a treat to myself before starting my day. The service is always great. This morning, I was told that they were out of the first 4 items I tried to order. The barista was extremely apologetic, and offered multiple alternatives to the things I wasn't able to order.
