What a shitty place to order all the employees are on their phone they don’t care for any orders placed so slow . Never recommending anyone to visit this branch . Don’t even have a common sense with there were lot of people waiting and they don’t even care they are just on phone and chitchatting at back . All of the employees should get fired immediately. Management is so poor. CURRENT EMPLOYEES SHOULD GET FIRED THEM IMMEDIATELY. Literally waited there for long 25 MIN and they dint even started preparing my order . As a fat man I've eaten at a lot of taco bell locations. This is by far the worst one. I know it's fast food and isn't a fun place to work but it's apparent no one wants to be here. Drive through wait times are insane.

we had a mobile order, when my bf went in to pick it up, the drinks were not with our food. we got slush drinks. he went back in to try to ask but there was only two people working and at least 4 other people waiting in line so we let it go. then when we got home, our food was all wrong and it was soggy, sloppy and nasty. everything fell apart and was stuck to the paper. we also didn’t get the cinnamon bites we ordered or any sauce.

Employee said they are “out of food”….not out of one thing or another, but they are out of FOOD an hour before closing. Ironically the next time, it would be a 45 min wait for “any product” and could only take cash exact change (while I was the only person there). Same night time employee both times, ignorant and worthless.

Idk if the people working there realize you can see them from the speaker where you order. Maybe they just don't care. I know it's basically the dive bar of fast food, but I backed out of the drive-thru after waiting over 5 minutes. I'm sure the 1 other car in front of me probably considered the same thing

My friends and I come here every couple of months for our monthly friends lunch. The service is always great! The food is always correct and delicious and the atmosphere is amazing. To the workers today 4-17-25 we thank you so much and will see you again soon!!!

Several times I have visited this location. Service is always on point.Buutt y’all never give me my sour cream on my supreme tacos… it may not seem like much to you all but have you seen the price jump once a customer ask for supreme… so it matters to me(the consumer) because I want what I paid for. And it becomes even more aggravating because I live on the other end of town and home by the time I realized.
