I had an awful experience! I placed an order for a bunch of different meals and my order was completely wrong. I had to come back around the drive thru and get my order rectified. When i came back I was received by attitude and they were extremely rude. I asked could they fix the order and they took the bag back, they then deliberated for about 5-7 mins. When they came back they asked me to come inside. Which I was not comfortable with, i explained to them i wanted to use the drive thru. They then threatened to call the police on me because I was messing up their time on the drive thru & I didn’t want to come inside. I would not spend a dime with this establishment, they are extremely rude and unpleasant. I spent my money there, they messed my order up and didn’t want to take accountability. 0/10 experience

Cashier channel w put a round up donation on my order without asking me. Food was cold and thrown in the bag, Baja blast was just soda water. TERRIBLE

I pulled in the drive-through at about 9:50 PM on Black Friday. I was the only car in the drive-through, but I only saw two cars in the parking lot that look like were employee cars. Meaning they were probably very short staffed. I ordered an empanada because I am so glad that they brought them back, a tostada and a taco. I waited quite a while, but the woman working at the drive-through window was so nice, polite, informative, apologetic, and made the wait not matter to me at all. I offered to pull around as a line had formed behind me, but she said no it was fine. A little while later, she did ask me to go ahead and pull around, but quickly brought my food out to me. I have to add it freezing cold outside tonight and she was very gracious, bringing my food to the car. You guys did a great job!

On Saturday night at 9p told at the drive through they aren't taking orders - only order online or come in. Pulled around and parked, door locked.
If your closed just be closed. Adjust your hours and stop paying people NOT to sell food.

This is consistently the worse taco bell look at the skimpy taco I got 3 w extra meat and they barely put any on . Every timecatvthis location
It seems like a more prevelant issue with multiple fast food chains, but they'll stop serving food after a certain time even though they're still open. They leave the sign off to make it appear closed. I just got turned away at 7:45pm and they close at 11pm.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. GIRL AT THE WINDOW & ON MIC HAS A BAD ATTITUDE. Spent over $50 and asked for more sauce she told me no then slammed the door. Kept rushing to get my order when I asked her to hold on because I was ordering for my elderly clients. She had black and red or hair. & wasn’t cute at all to be acting like that.
