I've officially had my last meal from this Taco Bell. After giving it multiple chances, it's clear that the issues here are consistent and concerning.
Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes are always off – either too much sour cream or barely any cheese. The potatoes themselves are often hard and feel old, like they've been sitting out for hours.
My Chipotle Ranch Grilled Steak Burrito tasted sour the last few times, and one time I even got food poisoning. That's a major red flag.
They're frequently out of items – last time it was the Midnight Freeze, this time the Midnight Soda.
When they do have the Freeze machine running, it tastes off, like there’s something wrong with it—possibly mold or poor maintenance.
This location desperately needs a health inspection. The quality is poor, the food sometimes tastes spoiled, and the machines don’t seem to be cleaned properly.
I wouldn't recommend eating here at all. It's just not worth the risk.

I was in the drive-thru looking over the menu and trying to figure out what I want for me and my kid ordering things as I saw them on the menu. The entire time I was being rushed and asked if I was done with my order after every phrase I said. Even a manager hopped on the intercom to see if there's anything else I needed. I asked if I was being rushed and they said yes you are on a timer.
I understand speed and trying to get customers their food, but since when did that sacrifice customer service. And made me not feel welcomed there at all.

This use to be the best Taco Bell. Now, it is just sad. Ordered Luxe Craving Box. No one in the drive-thru lane and my order was still incorrect and horrible. The 5-layer burrito nothing but very little cheese and dough and a teaspoon of meat at the end of it and was flat as a pancake. Chalupa no double beef and was charged for it. Those little cheesy potatoes are a joke now. Always one or two tender ones and the rest taste like they have been reheated and hard and then smothered with sour cream. Asked for no ice in my large soda and half of the cup was filled with ice. On top of everything. the so call napkins was a long strip of perforated paper of some type, somewhat wadded and folded and then placed inside of my box for napkins. Forget about the sauces, every flavor except what I requested. No more chances. I will not be ordering from this location again.

This was truly an awful experience. The food was not well made, and the care for the food was also terrible because they smashed all the food down and just put it in the bag and gave it to us. And we were charged for large drinks, but only received small. And one of the drinks that was given was clearly the wrong drink and also it tasted like the filter hadn’t ever been changed so I had to throw it away. Overall, I will probably never go back to this location for any reason or purpose. At this point, just make the tacos yourself at home and save yourself the heartache. How you guys only have five ingredients and still managed to mess it all up I will never know.

This is my 3rd and most likely last time at this location. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito which tasted normal, but was oddly smaller than other locations. This has happened everytime I’ve came here, you’re not getting your usual “bang for your buck” here. I also ordered a cheesy double beef burrito with steak, and it tasted like nothing, they practically only put rice in it. Go somewhere else, this joint is weird and there’s plenty of other Taco Bell’s around where I will now be attending.

It's taco Bell. What's there to say
Arrived about 6:00 pm, Says not taking orders at this Time. The owner should investigate to find out why his profits are low..
I'll still go here from time to time because the food all taste like Taco Bell but... They're really challenged here with staffing. I've heard really unprofessional conversations between the works and often get my orders missing items or incorrectly made.
Restaurantji Recommends
Terrible service. Staff wouldn’t name my good and said I needed to cancel through the app. Lazy and incompetent staff but what else would you expect
The taco tasted like poop and also looked like it. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK!!!!!!! OUT OF EVERYTHING I NEVER THOUGHT J WOULD LIVE IN A SOCIETY WERE THEY DONT SELL BAJA BLAST AT TACO BELL
It's been awhile since I been inside, and I won't be going to another one. You have to place your order yourself, then they got my order wrong twice. Drinks are watered-down. Portions are smaller but increased the prices! No heat.
Not sure if it was just the day I went, but the food was lukewarm and thrown together the restaurant wasn’t even busy and it was dirty and the menu was out of a lot of items.
Don’t waste your time with this terrible location. They will tell you that they are only accepting online or door dash orders when you pull up to the drive through. If they actually have the food items you are looking for(they usually don’t) then they probably won’t have any sauces or napkins to give you. Overall, the worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to.
