I'll still go here from time to time because the food all taste like Taco Bell but... They're really challenged here with staffing. I've heard really unprofessional conversations between the works and often get my orders missing items or incorrectly made.

It's been awhile since I been inside, and I won't be going to another one. You have to place your order yourself, then they got my order wrong twice. Drinks are watered-down. Portions are smaller but increased the prices! No heat.

Not sure if it was just the day I went, but the food was lukewarm and thrown together the restaurant wasn’t even busy and it was dirty and the menu was out of a lot of items.

Don’t waste your time with this terrible location. They will tell you that they are only accepting online or door dash orders when you pull up to the drive through. If they actually have the food items you are looking for(they usually don’t) then they probably won’t have any sauces or napkins to give you. Overall, the worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to.

Has to be the worst Taco Bell in St. Louis County. Bring your own utensils, condiments, and napkins… they sure won’t give you any. How is one location consistently out of sauces, and menu items? Just go elsewhere.
Will not take order at drive-through. Must come inside and use kiosk. Will print receipt, only text or email. HORRIBLE. Will NEVER come back to this location.

Pull up to the drive-thru about 1:20 p.m. on my 30 minute lunch break was told they cannot take my order in the Drive-Thru but can if I went inside . What's the point of the drive-thru then I couldn't have ordered at the drive-thru and you entered it inside there's other ways around that they could be better but they're lazy not everybody wants to go inside especially on a lunch break that is so short

I came here for the first time and the person who served me wasn’t very pleasant. I got home and all of my tacos were open and spilled out in the bag. The cashier also added a donation to my total without asking me. Per my receipt her name is Casey F. I will not be back to this location. I work in customer service, if you cant do your job right and simply be kind then find another job to do.

Pulled up at 11:30 on a Saturday to order. Employee at window told me they were only taking app orders. App would not accept an order. Pulled back up to window, and another employee told me they closed at 11:00. Odd that two employees gave me conflicting information on closing time. Anyways attempted to update store hours in Google to reflect closing time of 11pm on Saturday.
