got the birria pizza...stuffed full of meat and cheese, crispy, juicy, delicious!! and then got the churro rope the size of the pizza with dipping sauces....oh my goodness...crispy golden outside with soft center 10/10!! also the mango/pineapple Agua Fresca was so refreshing!

We tried Churro Colima last night in Lamar, delicious! I got the super quesadilla with birra and it was sooo good! Then we came back and got the ice cream with churros 10/10!

I stood in line for at least 45 minutes, then they didn't even have churros today. So I ordered a couple quesadillas, since I had already waited that long. She told me my food would be out in about 20 minutes. All in all, I was there for over two hours, just waiting. For TWO birria quesadillas (which were very dry). The food was only okay and my boyfriends quesqdilla was missing a piece. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

It’s unethical to take payments knowing that the wait on the food is hours long. The idea that on opening day they showed up unable to make churros is both frustrating and concerning, leaving all of us worried what the future holds under new ownership.
