I stood in line for at least 45 minutes, then they didn't even have churros today. So I ordered a couple quesadillas, since I had already waited that long. She told me my food would be out in about 20 minutes. All in all, I was there for over two hours, just waiting. For TWO birria quesadillas (which were very dry). The food was only okay and my boyfriends quesqdilla was missing a piece. Very disappointing. Will not be back.

I got the Steak Super Quesadilla and it was very fresh! For dessert I went with the Churro Cream and the churro was good. Give them a try!!!

We were parked beside Churros Colima today at Picnic in the park. We tried the Churros during the day (which were amazing and went back for more later) but before we left they sent us with the most delish pizza/quesadilla! I apologize for not knowing the name but it was seriously one of the best things I’ve ate in a long time! Thank you so much, my family and myself love it!

I'm not sure how long this food truck has been around but they just started at this location in the Food for Less parking lot on Thursdays. We stopped in after dinner to try the Churros. We had come by about 1PM but they were not ready yet. My wife and I can be Churro snobs, having grown up in Southern CA and had them fresh all the time from street vendors, taco trucks and even at the beach or events. They were always hot, crispy and covered in cinnamon and sugar. Around the Joplin Carthage area we've tried them everywhere and they go from horrible to rancid and we've yet to find a good Churro here. We shared that story as a challenge and the friendly woman just gave us a knowing smile and coyly said, you better come back tonight. We did, and when we got there about 6:15 there was a line and tons of cars! Rare for a Joplin food truck! About half the customers were Hispanic, another good sign. We got a bag for each of us, four people. We made a mistake! We could have shared one bag and felt sensible but as we drive off munching on warm churro while I complained that everyone was getting my truck covered in cinnamon and sugar, we all agreed. We will be back next Thursday for more! We like the basic traditional version but they also had dipping sauces and ice cream covered versions. Next time we'll come earlier and try the tacos or torta sandwich from the rest of the menu. Then more fresh made, warm, comforting, taste of home Churros! lol.
