We ate there not to long ago in Osage Beach, I have been in the restaurant business for 50 years and I was truly impressed by the waitstaff doing there side work when not busy, we sat at the bar and it was filthy the whole bar hadn't been cleaned or sanitized salt and pepper shakers my fingers were sticking to them and the condiment's as well. The back bar was dirty also and stunk up the whole room.

Have gone several times to keep giving them a chance. Food is either cold. Under cooked. Or burnt. Can't cook a steak. Ask several times for refills on drinks and don't get them. Ask for a side of ranch and you're done eating by the time they get it to you, if they remember.

Couldn't even give a review on service since it was so bad girl behind bar with pink hair had bad attitude every since she took our order was sat right way anytime she got sat in the bar she would roll her eyes the whole 2 tables in the restaurant 3 people came in to the bar for a to go order 2 servers walked past never said anything to them until the customer said something to the the server about there order waited over 20 minutes for a refill and music was so loud

My family and I came in last night, came in and waited to be sat. No one helped us as we stood by the door for what seemed like forever. Maybe 10 -15 minutes. Not busy at all by the way!! There was a bartender and another guy behind the bar who never even looked our way. Finally we were sat by a waitress. She began to take our orders and we could barely hear her due to her low tone plus her wearing a face mask. Anytime we would ask her to repeat herself, she would repeat very rudely and extremely snarky. Finally we got our orders in and our drinks came! She just sat the drinks down at the end of the table being snarky once again. I placed an order of hot wings for an appetizer and my daughter ordered the special with the 3 appetizers and our meals. My hot wings came out, extremely burnt, they were hard as rocks and the sauce was just thrown on top of wings!! No other appetizer came out. When I asked about my daughter’s appetizer, I guess she thought it was a meal cause once again snarky about when she was being it out and she only had so many hands. Now I am a local and i love Applebees, and I have never seen this type of behavior at our Applebees. I am not sure if management has changed or what but our experience was horrible and sad to say, it was enough for us not go back.

They are seriously under staffed ,we waited a good 30 minutes after being seated for someone to take our drink orders, we had to finally stop someone after they kept walking past our table as if they didn't even see us sitting there! I went to use the restroom and I used my knee to straighten out the toilet seat and it moved the whole toilet!! The place needs a remodel/ update!

Decided to do a pick up dinner with the wife after finding out we were expecting. She was craving an Applebee's burger. The front of the house staff was extremely friendly. Their portion control was disappointing.

We were served old fries. I was surprised because...why? The chef could see they were old, the waitress could see they were old and they still were served. It was 2 in the afternoon, very quiet time in there, no reason for old fries. The music was TERRIBLE.

Honestly in the last year this location has gone down hill. I do not feel like it is managements fault as much as it’s all the new employees but they go hand in hand
Ate here for dinner, wait time on food was long, waitress was forgetful, once we finally got our food waiter had to go find silverware, we sat there with our food cooling off till the waiter brought out silverware, the place was dirty tables and floor sticky

This was the worst service in any Applebees that I have ever ate in. The waiter was slow. They brought my son in laws food 30 minutes before the rest of us and we waited for three more meals. They were not even busy and when we did get our food my fiancé’s bourbon street was cold and step daughters food was cold. I usually do not complain when we go anywhere but tonight was rediculous. We will never go back to this Applebees ever again.

I did not want to go through a drive-through, but I was looking for something quick. I don’t usually stop at Applebee’s, but I’m glad I did at this location. From the way I was greeted at the door to the way the server was quick and attentive, even the way the bus boys were cleaning the tables off, I was blown away about how quick and efficient this team was. And they were incredibly polite. Food was exactly as I expected, but the service was top-notch. If you’re looking for something quick, a clean restaurant, and decent to eat, stop here.
