All you can eat is garbage. 6 on first plate and then 3 every hour until you just get rired of waiting and leave........ for $16. Do t advertise if you cant be honest w your customers. This is why ibhavent been here for 6 yrs. Cheap. Wont be back for decade.

Applebee's in Osage Beach, MO has the worse customer service of any place in the restaurant industry. The waitress had no idea what she was doing and the place wasn't even crowded. Memorial Day weekend and not crowded, that should tell you something. We didn't get all the items on our plate that was included with the meal. Even asking twice for them, we still did not get them. The appetizer finally showed up after we were almost half way finished with our meal. And the manager, who knows where he was. He never came to our table, even asking twice to see him. Customer service is NOT a priority at Applebee's. We finally left after waiting 20 minutes from the second request to talk to the manager. We will never go back!!!!

Had the worst experience for the first time tonight. First off took forever for someone to seat us and then took forever for a waiter to come over. It also Took 20 minutes to get our drinks and my steak wasn't cooked right

The food was delicious, and it was decorated for Christmas, but we were the only table in the restaurant. Our server didn't bring us straws or silverware without asking for it. We had to wait to eat our dinner, making it get cold, to get silverware because all the staff was in the back. Would come back for the food, but I wish the service was a bit better.
