Great place, great food. Taste great, and they have revamped their food. The food is definitely delicious as far as pricing. It's alright, but with $20, it'll get you tons of food to fill 1-3 people up if you dont get 3 meals. Food is great, and the atmosphere make the people wanting more.

The new cheese steak sammich is freaking amazing. I have stomach issues and it's hard to eat but I inhaled this glorious explosion of flavor like I had zero manners or home training. Think starving, feral, honey badger. That sammich had no chance. Needless to say we're going to be back. 10/10

Customer service was rude and terrible. When I got my food, it was not at all what it should’ve been. It looked absolutely like somebody sat on it. It’s crazy how downhill Arby’s has went used to be one of my favorites. Hopefully you guys will get better workers who actually enjoy working with people. The woman at the drive-through yelled at me because my vehicle was too loud and she couldn’t hear me. So I shut my car off and talk louder so she can hear me and then somebody else pops on like five minutes later and asked me what my order is after. I have been sitting there for about 15 minutes waiting for somebody to take my order. I just spent almost $30 on crap and crap service so I guess enjoy ripping people off

This is a great store. They get your order right and col is cold hot is hot!
They all are lazy staff no one resposible and if you do order by arby apps and you oah by card than they never do refund and they make excuses. 0 rating. I seen this kind of act by them its hilarious

Website said they were open till midnight, went through the drive through at 11 and sat there for 5 minutes without someone responding to us. Drove around and saw an employee just standing at the counter playing on their phone.

Not good...I pulled into drive thru and got asked for my order. I proceeded to place my order for them to inform me that it's cash only in drive thru. They stated if all is had is credit card i could come inside to place my order and they could take my card at the front register but not in drive thru. I am the only customer at this point and ask if they could just ring my order at the front counter and take my card to pay at the front register. They proceeded to tell me that it's not possible because it would mess up their matrix (mix of sales at drive thru vs. Front counter) and I would have to come inside to place my order and pay with a card. I have worked in food industry for many years at all different levels and this is unacceptable by all means. What has happened to customer service? Instead the older gentleman working the drive thru decided to tell me it's not his problem and have a good night. I am a pretty regular patron of this establishment (once a week or so) and I can assure you I will not be back for a long time after this incident.
