They all are lazy staff no one resposible and if you do order by arby apps and you oah by card than they never do refund and they make excuses. 0 rating. I seen this kind of act by them its hilarious

Website said they were open till midnight, went through the drive through at 11 and sat there for 5 minutes without someone responding to us. Drove around and saw an employee just standing at the counter playing on their phone.

Not good...I pulled into drive thru and got asked for my order. I proceeded to place my order for them to inform me that it's cash only in drive thru. They stated if all is had is credit card i could come inside to place my order and they could take my card at the front register but not in drive thru. I am the only customer at this point and ask if they could just ring my order at the front counter and take my card to pay at the front register. They proceeded to tell me that it's not possible because it would mess up their matrix (mix of sales at drive thru vs. Front counter) and I would have to come inside to place my order and pay with a card. I have worked in food industry for many years at all different levels and this is unacceptable by all means. What has happened to customer service? Instead the older gentleman working the drive thru decided to tell me it's not his problem and have a good night. I am a pretty regular patron of this establishment (once a week or so) and I can assure you I will not be back for a long time after this incident.

All I can say is that William and Dimond need a raise! The two of them have beyond excellent customer service! Thank you! The food and service was phenomenal. Hot and everything to order!

Excellent food, especially fish sandwich and roast beef. But 3 different times my take out orders have been shorted. That's getting old!!!
Accidentally messed up my own door dash order and selected honey mustard wrap and wanted a ranch. I called and they changed it and also added 3 pepper to the bag when I asked if they could cuz it’s not an option on DoorDash. Also took care of a un available item and was super kind. Had no complaints about me calling and was happy to help me. Hope this review helps!!🫶🏼 he deserves a raise 😁

There Big Burgers were very good when they first came out, now last night was very nasty and that will be the last time I will ever get a Burger from them, taste like it was fake
