Store hours listed to be open until midnight. Arrived at 11:50 needing a phone charger due to having an overnight hospital stay with a new baby. Employees ignored myself and 2 other customers who knocked on the locked door. Another employee gave us dirty looks.

Hey ill be honest, i had a terrible experience at this casey's. Justin was incredibly rude to my children and me, i think theres a huge lack of training or any customer service discipline.

I like this store for the most part. Never had anything bad to say about any of the staff besides the heavy-set guy who claims he is some sort of manager and acts like he is clueless at his job. Tonight I raced to Casey's so we could have milk in the morning. Ì know it sucks showing at the last minute, but I didn't make the closed at midnight rule, Casey's did. I was there at 11:57 & this manager threw down his freshly lit smoke and ran inside sprinting to the office to turn the lights off as I opened the door. Then he refused to sell me the milk. Like I said the clock read 11:57. What kinda manager pulls a childish unprofessional move like so?

Placed an order through Door Dash. 4 hashbrowns were missing and the biscuits were literally hard as a rock.
The cashier acted like she did not want to wait on me since I was not important enough. She knew the person behind me and proceeded to talk to the whole time she was trying to wait on me. When I cashed out my lottery ticket, she just threw the money on the counter in front of me. I will not come to this Casey's ever again because their night staff is terrible. All their night cashiers are pretty much terrible. I recently went back to the Casey's. And the same woman that did not serve me well. Also did not serve me well again. Because all she was worried about was what was going on on her cell phone with the earbuds. So she had to ask me what 2 or 3 times. I mentioned it to the day shift people. And they said they knew all about the complaints from her at night. The management here needs to be accountable because do not hold their evening employees accountable either.

Convenient near the hospital but busy

Submitted an order this evening for 3 pizzas and an order of bread sticks. Upon arriving it was clear they were very behind on orders. Several people ahead of us had been waiting 30 minutes past their pick up time. When we checked on the status of ours were told it hadn't been started yet. Shortly thereafter a "friend" of the employee making pizzas showed up and the employee was overheard stating he would move their order ahead of ours because ours was a "massive order and no one should order that much." I wouldn't call 3 pizzas and an order of breadsticks "a massive order." But, you won't have to worry about that again because we will take our business elsewhere. The employee was throwing pizza pans around and cussing, and no management appeared to be on site. I know it is the day before a major holiday but not a great look for Caseys. Will not be back at this location.
