They only got stars because I had to I had the worst service. I had the worst food I've ever had at a chili's. The steak fajitas were not cooked and the vegetables weren't cooked. The queso came out cold and was horribly sour. The only thing that was actually really good was the salsa and the chips. I was very disappointed. I've always had a good experience. At chili's, that's why I stopped at this one while I was traveling. Horrible terrible. The one in Lake of the Ozarks is horrible.

Had the appetizer sampler & 'bottomless' chips/salsa. Food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh. They were very busy when my friends I were there, so we were patient about the chips never being refilled. What we didn't care for was our server referring to us as "baby". Maybe younger ladies like that (though I doubt it) but we were 3 ladies in our late 50's.
The manager Jamie was very funny, energetic, and friendly. He was very helpful. The food was good I got the surf and turf 10oz sirloin with steamed broccoli, loaded mashed potatoes, and shrimp. My mom got the mushroom Swiss burger and she said it tasted very good. The waitress that took our order was very nice and friendly. In summary, the price was affordable, the staff was welcoming, and the food was great, the atmosphere was friendly, so if you're driving through or just looking for somewhere to eat this place is amazing and would highly recommend. Would give 100 out of 10 stars if I could. 😁
Vegetarian options: I'm not sure what to recommend to vegetarians but the salads here are good.

Went to this chilli's on a slow Sunday. Was sat down but waiter never came over. My wife and I were given water but never got a server to come to our table. The family that came in after us was sat down and had food delivered before anyone even acknowledged us. I would understand if they were busy or low staff but there was no excuse to not be seen. We waited 15 to 20 minutes before we just got up and walked away. Horrible service.
