This was, without a doubt, the best location I have ever been to! It was like the Chili’s of my youth, untouched by the pandemic’s curse, and full of employees who are happy to be serving you. The food was hot, perfectly made, and served quickly! Thanks to Brian for the great service!

Your typical noisy restaurant/bar playing sports on the tv. Exactly what you’d expect. My daughter was super impressed by the infamous mozzarella cheese pull. :)

6.5.25 Don't eat a burger anywhere else!! We've stopped by here many times, and our experiences are always good, but tonight, our dinner was excellent, so l had to leave a review! We had the Double Ranch Bacon burger (HUGE), and my husband had the old-fashioned cheese burger. Our burgers were perfectly cooked and pink in the middle as we had asked, and the fries were hot and salty. My 90 yr old mamá had the 6 oz sirloin, med rare, loaded potatoes and broccoli. (A+) Our server was on point, checked on us often, but wasn't intrusive and kept our drinks full. The restaurant is always clean, and it's a great place to hang out w/family & friends. A+++ experience all around!

Food is always great! Service is wonderful. The only drawback was the couple in the booth behind us were facetiming on their phone, at high volume, the whole time. The crying toddler didn't bother me. The loud phone call did. I will still come back as I love the food here.

SO - the food was pretty good! I absolutely love the fries here and the chicken was pretty good! The macaroni I got was a little cold by the time it got to me and I didn't like it that much, but all in all not bad!
What impressed me more though was how fast they got it out. 7 minutes or so during rush hour and they got it out for me - that's commendable for sure. Definitely more expensive tha most places around here, so I'm not gonna go often - but it's a treat when I do for sure!

They only got stars because I had to I had the worst service. I had the worst food I've ever had at a chili's. The steak fajitas were not cooked and the vegetables weren't cooked. The queso came out cold and was horribly sour. The only thing that was actually really good was the salsa and the chips. I was very disappointed. I've always had a good experience. At chili's, that's why I stopped at this one while I was traveling. Horrible terrible. The one in Lake of the Ozarks is horrible.
Had the appetizer sampler & 'bottomless' chips/salsa. Food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh. They were very busy when my friends I were there, so we were patient about the chips never being refilled. What we didn't care for was our server referring to us as "baby". Maybe younger ladies like that (though I doubt it) but we were 3 ladies in our late 50's.
The manager Jamie was very funny, energetic, and friendly. He was very helpful. The food was good I got the surf and turf 10oz sirloin with steamed broccoli, loaded mashed potatoes, and shrimp. My mom got the mushroom Swiss burger and she said it tasted very good. The waitress that took our order was very nice and friendly. In summary, the price was affordable, the staff was welcoming, and the food was great, the atmosphere was friendly, so if you're driving through or just looking for somewhere to eat this place is amazing and would highly recommend. Would give 100 out of 10 stars if I could. 😁
Vegetarian options: I'm not sure what to recommend to vegetarians but the salads here are good.
Parking: The parking is fine when they're not busy.
