My 94 year old mom and I visit the Osage Beach Culver's every two weeks while my son is getting treatment at Lake Regional. Vicky is always so friendly and helpful. When she sees us coming she comes to open the door and offers lots of assistance while we're eating. Her service is 5-star!!!

I love this food but the assistant manager Michelle is the rudest person I've ever ran into. I placed an order for their pot roast with extra gravy. They must be illiterate because we got NO gravy except for a small cup with not even half filled. I barely got any broccoli and missing cheese cups. She refused to replace my meals or give me a refund. She wanted me to drive back and get the gravy. I live 30 mins away and drive a truck. Will they replace my gas for going get their mistake?? Nope! I don't care how much anything cost but this is theft. If I would steal from them the cops would be called yet it's okay for company's to steal from us customers!

Made the mistake of asking for a double deluxe without pickles. I thought they made each burger to order. I knew I was screwed when they brought it out 45 seconds from when I ordered it. Yep. Tasted kinda a bit off. Cold. Got the squirts three hours later.

Went to Culver’s with a friend last week. He wanted pickles. I asked if there was any way to mark which one was which? Duh? Took a manager to figure it out. I see this as a management problem. Call me. So I can get a truly greasy burger that drips from the edges like it should be.

I was in there yesterday August 23rd and bought a butter burger plain with cheese and bacon and cheese curds and I went to go get a refill and one of the workers threw my bag of food away I was so mad and the line was so busy I just left so they threw away like $9
