My family of 5 come in every weekend for brunch and have the best experience every time. Our waitress Carrie k and the girl manager make us feel so appreciative they really go that extra mile. And I love the mimosas ?

When you shop at this location the floor workers will strive to the fullest to make sure your happy. However in the shadows of management these workers are definitely not taken care of. Management receives bonuses of large amount for keeping workers hours low. When it would be best to give the workers the hours to take care of their families and selves. After all without them there’s no one to manage. Other hy vee locations actually care for their employees rather than use them as pawns. New hires are hired on at higher pay than those who are currently handling the work load. This location needs complete overhaul of upper management.

Just wanted to say “thank you” to Zach, the wonderful customer service man at HyVee. My daughter ran out of diapers while the house was on quarantine and he went out of his way to make sure we where able to get them. You are appreciated!!!!
