I ordered this through DoorDash two nights in a week last night. The first night I got my wings they were decent, but the second night was AWFUL. Several wings were barely lukewarm, and two of my wings were missing breading (one COMPLETELY).
I will give them props for including silverware both times, and the fries were AMAZING. Won't eat here again.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

The food was old and distasteful barely any sauce on the wings dry shriveled barely any fries but I have eaten at other locations and it was great but this location I don’t know it’s like they gave me old food then just threw a little sauce on it so I wouldn’t notice normally your wings are covered in sauce I paid $15 for it and threw most of the $15 in the trash that’s how bad it was I would not recommend this store

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

The hostess gave us no greeting, no smile no welcome. She looked as if she didn’t like her job. We wanted to sit in bar area. Would not let us sit, very snobby. The whole restaurant looked like a bunch of disgruntled employees so I can imagine the type of food they serve. Management you need to change your employees attitude! Or maybe it’s bad management!
