I had the simple soup/sandwich/salad bar. The food was fine. I would have liked more extras such as cracker, croutons, choices of dressings, etc. I was shocked that I could not charge the food to my room which I have done there for years.

Had screaming kid next door for 2 days made relaxing hard to do. The Staff are great and make the stay very pleasant Hotel is Clean but needs a remodel.

where do I start? giving reservations away, ceilings dripping, mold, 90% of staff is unhelpful outside of Chris and a very few behind the desk, ice machines hardly ever work, and its usually dirty, save the worst till last multiple guests were told there is new management and if we didn't like the changes we could check out within mins of checking in. while the owner tries to keep tabs of her crew this place is in need of drastic changes starting with the a smile because I haven't seen one out of this staff we are on day three now.

Have been staying here for work. Erica has been very helpful with suggestions, as I'm not from the area. Everyone has been super friendly and the room is very nice. Look forward to checking the place out when this pandemic is over with to see everything the place offers.

We had a really good time, we were put in the presidential suite for our stay which was spacious and perfect for our baby and dogs. A few improvements could be made, there was a sharp ended rod behind the couch that the baby found. Also, none of the trash cans had been emptied so it was a bit frustrating that our little man kept finding trash under every counter top. It didn’t bother us too much. A few light bulbs were burnt out but I assume the room didn’t get rented out muc
