The large Hispanic man with the glasses is beyond the best sangwich artist I’ve ever seen. I got a toasted sangwich today and by golly is it the best sangwich I’ve ever had. That man deserves a raise and if I could give him a hug and kiss I would.

Was absolutely freaky but not fast by any means. Wait 15 minutes for 2 reg subs and a little John sub just to have a wrong order. Only reason we stopped by, was to grab something fast and quick to eat on the way to our destination. Probably won’t ever come back to this one. 10/10 do not recommend.

Went there yesterday at 9:45pm, the hours said they closed at 10pm. I went through the drive thru and they said they’d be with me in a minute so I waited there for like 5 minutes then one of the workers comes behind me in the drive thru and tells me that they’re closed. And I was like ?? And she said that they closed at 9 and the hours online are wrong… I don’t know because all the lights were on when I first got there and they greeted me at the mic then suddenly they were closed? Was very frustrating, I just wanted a sandwich

Ordered a Turkey Tom sub and asked for cheese on it. I was charged $1.25 for the cheese, but they didn't actually put any cheese on the sandwich! At another big sub sandwich chain, you get to put all sorts of things on your sub: black olives, peppers, spinach, cucumbers, etc. There were no such options here, nor were there any options on bread, nor was there the option to get it toasted. I got a limp sandwich with a few thin slices of turkey - that's it. It was only 8 inches long, and was WAY overpriced!!! I will continue patronizing the other sub sandwich chain. I don't know how this chain stays in business.

I have been ordering the spicy Italian sandwich. I have gone to various locations in Missouri and I have found that certain stores are not consistent with other stores. In this case an Osage Beach the ingredients in the sandwich where's smaller in proportion to other places especially the spicy peppers even the meat. Even at this store the sandwich is different. I hope that consistency is improved and this gets addressed.

Popped in for a quick sandwich. Place great. Service was fast but I had a hard time getting the guy behind the counter to stop and look at me for my order. He just seemed busy so that was good. I'll be back.
