I have been ordering the spicy Italian sandwich. I have gone to various locations in Missouri and I have found that certain stores are not consistent with other stores. In this case an Osage Beach the ingredients in the sandwich where's smaller in proportion to other places especially the spicy peppers even the meat. Even at this store the sandwich is different. I hope that consistency is improved and this gets addressed.

Popped in for a quick sandwich. Place great. Service was fast but I had a hard time getting the guy behind the counter to stop and look at me for my order. He just seemed busy so that was good. I'll be back.

Sandwiches are just not great. Server was present but could care less, dead inside. I liked discriptions on bathroom walls.
I ordered a club Lulu and my sandwich was made incorrect. The bacon was missing. So when I called, I basically was called a liar. Never once did they say? I'm sorry, ma'am. What can we do for you are? How can we make this better. What happens to good customer service?????
The person who took our order and our money at the window was rude and gruff.

Ordered jj blt w crispy bacon I got cold bacon with the hardened white grease it gets when cold, the rushed me thru order didn't have chance to speak at all so when she asked if that was all for the 10th time I just said sure I guess. Only the 2nd time even eating at Jimmy John's now I know why.

The food was great, but more importantly the workers were cracking me up! They were legitimately funny and made my day. It was refreshing to not see the typical blasé mood in a fast food restaurant.
