The individuals we dealt with were all super friendly but their boats are in embarrassingly poor condition. We paid just shy of $3,000 to rent a tritoon for a few days and it was in disgraceful condition. Seats were all torn and moldy, prop was very badly damaged, top speed was about 12mph, and one speaker barely worked for the radio. We literally skipped out on going certain places because we were embarrassed of the boat we were in. We were also told that we cannot go over 4500 rpms and let them know if we heard knocking or grinding because the engine burns oil. The gates didn't even stay shut on their own so we had to improvise with a plastic cup. On the way to return it we stopped and fueled up at a place which also rents boats. Their boats are all in phenomenal condition, loaded with amenities, and 2023 at the oldest. The pricing is also similar. We regretted renting here instantly over somewhere else and it wouldn't be fair not to leave a review. The stars I did give is for the staff, certainly not the equipment. We honestly could have purchased the pile we rented for a similar cost.

Had a great time this morning. Boat was clean and well kept. Loved having a driver keeping us safe and having fun.

This boat was a DUMP - do not recommend renting under any circumstances!!! The DRUNK captain was more focused on smoking pot with her friends than the bachelorette party! It’s a miracle this boat isn’t at the bottom of the lake. The strung out captain then had the nerve to upcharge the entire group a hefty phantom fee??? Sickening! Do NOT book with this company if you want to enjoy your time on the lake!!

We had a great time! Randy was our driver and was very professional and friendly, he was very efficient with our time. We’ve chartered with LOTO boat rentals at least 5 times now and this was our best trip.

Boats are older, get you around the lake alright. Some of the boats need some tender loving care as in seats need to be patched up. Our gas indicator didn't work.

Place Is an absolute joke the owners attitude was almost as bad as there food and drinks if I could I would give them 0 stars don’t waste your time or money folks!!
