Ordered food for delivery. Although the receipt stapled to the bag was marked with my name and the items I ordered, the wrong food was placed in the bag. When I called the restaurant, they claimed it was the delivery driver's fault. Lil Rizzos placed the wrong food in the bag and put my name on it and tied it shut. It clearly isn't the delivery services fault, as I don't expect the deliver driver open the bag to go through my order to make sure the receipt and food match. Lil Rizzos was very fast to pass the buck and take zero responsibility for making a mistake.

Went Saturday night alittle busy not bad. We both my husband & I had pasta dishes. No bread till probably 20 minutes after we sat down. Because they ran out & was making some. Bread came 2 pieces. The waiter said making more. So my salad came out got big one to share. Then 3 more pieces came out. Then my husband said we want bread with our meal no problem said the waiter. So the waiter comes out with ask for refills, I asked can we have rolls with dinner? Yes finally after a 1hr & 15 min wait dinner comes & hot rolls. Then proceeds to tell me we can't give you anymore rolls. I have never been to any restaurant that says no more bread, rolls or loaf. Crazey to me.

I went to dinner with my husband and he order the spaghetti, we'll more like spaghetti soup, literally had the first plate returned due to the amount of water under the spaghetti and the second plate he drained himself, shame that you can't eat Italian spaghetti at an Italian restaurant. Just look at the picture of the amount of water he drained.

Food was ok not great. My linguine pesco was supposed to have clams, shrimp, mussels n mushrooms. Had 5 shrimp, 5 slices of mushrooms, 2 mussels n small bits of pieces of clams. Not a large portion.
Other dish baked lasagna was good. Buns were great nice n hot.
No paper towels in bathroom no soap in bathroom.
A knife was laying in floor near our booth n 3 servers walked over it a dozen times without picking it up until I finally told our server n she picked it up
The person that cleaned a table used a towel that was dirty. Floor could have been swept.
Update: Went back last week n all 4 of our meals were Great !! Server was very good n someone kept sweeping the floor so the owner must have read my review!!
We are going back tomorrow. Food was awesome !!

We have been regulars at this restaurant, eating at the bar almost every other week for over a year — sometimes just my wife and I, and often with friends or family. On 8/20 at 8:38 PM, we stopped in to grab a to-go order.

As soon as we walked in, a younger employee with his hat on backwards stood in the kitchen doorway loudly complaining to someone about why customers were still coming in and that the outside sign should be turned off — making sure we could hear every word.

I’m sorry, but if your sign says you are open, customers should not be made to feel like they are a burden for walking in. If the kitchen was closed, all someone had to do was politely let us know. We would have happily gone across the street. Instead, I was left embarrassed by the employee’s behavior — a very poor representation of your business.

We will not be returning, and I would strongly caution others. If management is okay with employees treating paying customers this way, it says a lot about how the business is run.

The bread is to die for. Huge portions. Thw foor has a St. Louis/Italian flare. Growing up in St. Louis, but living in Kansas, it was like if a restaurant on Hill went commercial to compete with the Olive Garden. I would never go back to the Olive Garden if there was a Li'l Rizzo's nearby.

The food was very good. The sauce was what made it. The atmosphere was way too loud. Would have been nicer if it had the Italian atmosphere of more relaxingz

It was very loud. Our waitress was flighty and kept forgetting things. Everything is way overpriced. The food looked and tasted good, but within 5 minutes of leaving it made me SO SO sick.. sicker than I have been in years!
