We find ourselves returning to Michael’s time and time again because of how great the food is how amazing the staff is and the incredible unmatched views if you’re looking for a dining experience at the Lake Of The Ozarks I highly recommend it

First time there tonight. Excellent dinner from the lobster stuffed mushrooms to the salad, excellent blue cheese dressing and crumbles and the very good prime rib. Our service was also very good.

Wife and I enjoyed some mouth watering prime rib that literally melts in the mouth. We had a window seat overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks and held witness to a spectacular lightning show. It was raining but that did not affect our experience. Highly recommend the twice baked potato!

The atmosphere at Michael’s Steak Chalet is charming and the service was excellent—our server was attentive, friendly, and really made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to expectations, which was disappointing given the reputation. With a few improvements to the menu execution, this could easily be a 5-star experience because the service and setting are wonderful.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Michael’s Steak Chalet. It was our Wedding Anniversary and the experience couldn’t have been better. The view of the Lake is unbeatable. We ordered the 12 oz. Prime Rib and Salmon. Both were delicious. The entrees came with salad, warm bread and a side which were great. We had cream brûlée for dessert which was great, too. The house wine for $9 per glass was good. Everything was reasonably priced for a restaurant like this. Service was also excellent. Just to note, we made our reservation at 5:30 pm partly to be there during happy hour. However, we were told that the happy hour was just applicable to the bar, not the restaurant. Since the wine was reasonably priced we didn’t mind.

We love Michael’s. The wein haus is a little treasure down here. Manny is the best bartender, friendly and on top of it. Food & drinks are always delicious!

Such a wonderful experience!!! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and had heard about Michael’s Steaks and dinner was absolutely incredible!!!! We had the Lobster Bites and I got the Prime Rib dipped in Andria’s sauce and char broiled. It was the best steak I’ve ever had!! Absolutely an incredible experience. Such a beautiful atmosphere and ambiance. Our waiter Brian was amazing and the owner came by twice to check on us! I highly recommend Michael’s Steak Chalet!!!
