Outback Steakhouse

Service ok...NEVER get two edible pieces meat. 50-50 shot. Restaurant is dirty, dirty dishes just stacked on the bar. Who owns this place? Not a good example of a corporate chain

This place use to be good but now it’s a joke!!!! And I’m sorry our waitress didn’t deserve our tip but nothing makes me upset when unfortunately they stand in front of you making you give in to pressure to tip more. For starters when we ordered drinks I wanted to get the a holiday drink and was told there was a particular liquor they were out of, okay no probs I asked for a recommendation of something to replace that liquor…. Literally brushed it off and basically made me order something else. Second took drinks forever to come, when I got my drink it was so watered down and melted it didn’t taste good at all, I went to ask for something different she instantly got annoyed and was done!! By that point she purposely took forever and not to mention the food took forever as well to come out. Then to top it off the food was not good at all! My husband’s steak was nothing but fat and my food was okay but my baked potato was still rock solid! We try not to complain but we had no choice and all they did was give us our appetizer free………your kidding me right!? We weren't the only table having troubles either. You really need to get your stuff together and start hiring better employees!

I wish it would let me share a picture of my food last night. My baked potato was actually burnt hard and incredibly dry. Chicken was the exact same way I took pictures because it was so unbelievable that they sent it out of the kitchen. I am in the food service industry as well, so I can understand what it’s like whenever it gets busy, but our server repeated and went to the next table. She checked on them four times and never checked on us. I had to go to the host stand to ask for help with something She should’ve been able to see. I was not eating my meal. Finally she came at the very end and said do you need anything else?

What a fantastic experience. Our screaming toddler was having a rough time and Carl was the nicest guy. He came by with some oranges for our little one and a little shark toy to help calm him down. He wasnt even our server! Thank you so much

Was awesome the only complaint I have was they didn't keep the beer flowing in a timely manner. I am sure they were busy.

Waitress was great. Blooming onion was half the size of a regular one. They said that was the normal size. Grilled chicken was good. Prime rib was tough.

Excellent food at reasonable prices. Order online or call for take-out. It will be ready when you arrive. Should you experience any problems, the manager will make it right. No Outback in my area at this time but when I get out of town I head to one. Get the Prime rib.

Mckenzie rocked on service and the chicken tenders were so juicy and tender. Haven't had a meal that good in a while
