Hands down the WORST experience I have ever had (and I dont mean just dining experience i mean experience in general). Hostess was snobby, server was ditzy and very innatentive. We order tuna and a burger and it took more than an hour to get to the table and they didnt even get my burger right. By time the food arrived I was so unsettled that I didnt even eat. Overpriced for the service.

I asked the server if I could order plain Alfredo without shrimp and she said yes, but just to let you know it will be $17. I said that’s fine since I’ve had it before at another location but when they brought it out I was disappointed. The serving size was small and it was bland. The women’s bathroom was disgusting and made me not want to come back.

Choose to eat here for my 29 year wedding anniversary. Ordered the prime rib. It was amazing. We had a great time. Service was perfect. Food was hot and arrived quickly. Overall great experience.

I’ve ordered the Teriyaki Filet Skewers at other Outback locations many times, and they’re normally excellent — tender, flavorful, and clearly filet.
This visit was a major disappointment. The meat was not filet. The texture and chew were much closer to skirt steak or another lower-quality cut — tough, grainy, and lacking flavor. The portion was small (around six pieces total), and the teriyaki glaze was barely noticeable.
I ate it because I was hungry, not because it was good. Given how consistent this dish usually is elsewhere, this felt like the wrong cut or a serious quality control issue. I won’t order this again at this location.

There were maybe 4 tables seated when we got there. Thinking, it's not busy, we will get fed quicker. Ten minutes of waiting later no sign of having a server. No offer of drink, no hello, nothing. I got the attention of an employee who seemed very confused that a customer was even in the restaraunt. Very, very disappointed in the service there. We obviously left without ever seeing a server.

Long wait for food: It was a very mid experience. A wait is to be expected on a Friday, but maybe not while there's multiple empty tables. Benefit of the doubt for reservations, but moving to the service, the wait staff seemed fine enough and friendly. We waited over an hour for our food with children which was upsetting. It came out fine with nothing exceptional besides maybe the broccoli was tasty.
They seem like some part of their restaurant is understaffed, likely the kitchen by our experience. We were very tempted to leave and go get fast food.
