Impressive hustle during a very busy time! Everyone was working very hard and being kind as well as organized. They are dedicated and hopefully paid well to deal with some of the crabby, entitled customers. Most customers were kind of decent but I can’t rate them (unfortunately).

This weekend, I was on my way to the Springfield airport to fly home after a Lake of the Ozarks vaycay when I decided to stop by Panera for dinner! When I first walked in, I was instantly greeted by a very nice gentleman who then took my order with the biggest smile. I tried the Chicken Bacon Rancher and Broccoli Cheddar soup and they both were delicious!! My friend and I were very pleased by how fast and warm our food was. I remember this very nice manager, I think it was Laura or close to my name, but she was so sweet to the both of us. I wish I lived here so I can come everyday!!!! The Panera back home is nothing like this LOL!!!

Sandwiches do not look like the pictures. Very little meat on our sandwiches. Bread was fresh and it tasted good. We usually love Panera's, but we have been disappointed on our last two visits.

I want to say a few words about Panera Bread. I am in the sip club, and I stopped on my way home February 28,2025 to get my iced coffee. The pot was empty, so one of the employees offered me an iced latte instead. I was pretty happy!!😊 Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to that employee and Panera!!
