This was my first time ever eating panera and I feel stupid for not eating here sooner. That was the best soup and sandwich I've ever had all the flavors in the sandwich was so good I was disappointed when it was gone. I'll definitely be back soon just hope that sandwich wasn't seasonal.

I love Panera, despite their prices. Their food so far has always been tasty. Today was different. This small lunch cost me $18! The chips bag contained about half of a handful, the sandwich, as you can see had so little filling (chicken bacon ranch) you can hardly see anything but the bread. That is pretty much what it tasted like too. Bread. Next, a chocolate filled croissant. I didn't get a picture, but it was nearly hollow. Leaving me to ask, at $3 each, where's the chocolate I paid for?? We are ALL suffering from the economy, but when I can throw together enough couch change to have a meal out, I expect better. If I want an empty pastry, I'll stay home and have Pillsbury from a can. 🙁 Finally, there was evidence of a large spill in the floor in the main walkway that had dried, and the bathroom must have been 30°! I hate to see this place go down hill. I will say that the two people working at the registers were awesome! Friendly, pleasant and I received great customer service.
