Ordered the new cheesey bite pizza and the dough is definitely over proofed/ old dough and not saying this without facts. 13 years as a GM for pizza hut. Do better. Also person who answered phone because my pizza was wrong. Didn't care, this pizza hut needs new management. It's sad! Won't order delivery from there again. Went in to eat in restaurant a few weeks ago no dine. No server shift manager just standing behind the counter and refused to serve us at a table. We take it to go cause she didn't have anyone to clean the tables. Smh

I ordered regularly from here but wont be anymore. I ordered a melt and was super excited about it until i took about the third bite. There was a big ass hard piece of fat or chunk that couldnt be chewed. It was horrible i got sick immediately. Thinking ill just call them and let them know what happened and ask for a refund but it was taken as a joke and proclaimed to be a piece of bacon. It was delivered door dash but i took it back to the store thinking once they saw i hadnt eaten it and showed her the big piece of grizzle she would have understood. Tried to give a store credit and at this point im disgusted and wont be back waited for what seemed to be an impossible impartial refund. Thanks shasta

Talked to Shasta the manager who got our order wrong and refused to correct it and ended up hanging up on us. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Dominoes’s here we come!!! Save your money. Not worth the hassle of an arguing manager.

The pasta was great but the pizza were rather average. The Ultimate Supreme was dry, toppings were below par, on the verge of bad. The only thing that did save the experience was the service. This was the first time seeing this particular woman there and she was very prompt along with a good attitude which is rare there at this location in Osage Beach. I do regret not remembering her name.

Really bad experience tonight. Ordered pizza and other things, spent almost $100 and you won't refund my money, you will just give credit to my account or me come and get it but my friends have waited over and hour for food and got really bad attitudes. This is a sad thing. I'm very disappointed. First time up here and I get this.
If I could literally all zero stars I would. After spending $100 on an order, driving thirty minutes since they don’t deliver (which is fine) and then waiting over an hour and a half for a pick up order, an item was missing. When I called to ask if I could possibly get a refund I was given an attitude and told that it was not possible. On top of all of this the staff was completely rude and disrespectful. Manager Amy was no help
