We wanted a treat while looking at cars next door. We went through the drive thru (bc that's the only way to order) but learned later that a barista had taken a picture of my friend, unbeknownst to him, with his 5yo son on his lap and posted it all over a local, 30k member social media page insinuating my friend was a bad person. I will leave this review at 1 star until someone is reprimanded. I find that violating and trashy and I haven't been back, simply because of this.

Better than Starbucks! But very sugary, most drinks taste great with an extra shot of espresso (adds to cost) and if you get it blended it’s also an additional charge (almost a dollar). The drinks overall are great but the food is atrocious. Microwaved and so very overpriced. Staff is one of the reasons I continue to come back. Even if there is someone new every week everyone is so friendly. I’ve never had a bad customer service experience.

I ordered 3 drinks this morning. The baristas told us to park for some reason. I never had to park at a Scooters before. I was the only customer there, so I circled back around to the window and they handed us the wrong order. They asked what we ordered again and I showed them my order on the app. They claimed they never received my order, but not even 2 seconds later, they handed us our order. My guess is that our drinks have already been made, but there was a miss communication with the baristas. They were unnecessarily stressed over 3 drinks and I was the only customer at the time. And they did not get my Americano with 2 extra shots right. The staff needs to be retrained. Especially the young lady with the black hair working at the window.

The managers willingness to make things right is greatly appreciated. I have had a couple not so great experiences while they are transitioning and training employees. She let us know what the situation was and I value that.
Why can't you break a $100? I come here daily, and only had $100s. I get it, but lame. I saw the sign as I pulled up and had already ordered. Change the policy.

I used to love going to this location but not anymore. There's just one girl that kills it for us every time we stop by there. She's rude and a big time Debbie downer. It doesn't matter if you're disgustingly nice to her and tipping her doesn't help either so I'm over it. If I want scooters, I'll go to Camdenton. Not sure if Emma even works there anymore but she was great. No one wants a side of doom & gloom with their order.

I was literally right there. If you had an issue, speak up. To me. Not to Betty and Veronica. I was hoping she would've been fired but nope. l redeemed my free coffee today and that's it. I hope the immature chick reads this so maybe next time you'll voice your issue instead of turning your back ?? I'll add that this girl has black hair and looks like someone took her from your local hot topic.

Great drive thru coffee shop and more. They are extremely quick and friendly. My favorite is definitely the blended turtle with two shots of gods elixir lol. Great tasting coffee and nice selection of drinks. If you love coffee, scoot on down to Scooter's and get your fix.
