Very rude drive thru employee. Forgot my food and when I kindly reminded her she did not apologize (not that she needed to) but just gave a blank stare as if I caused an inconvenience. And before I could also ask for a salt packet she turned around so when she came back with my food I had to ask for a salt packet and she did not say anything or look at me. Just went back handed me the salt I said thank you and she didn’t say anything just closed the drive thru window.
Oh! And I also asked for one of my drinks with no ice but got ice. Was definitely not going to ask them to remake after seeing this employees attitude.

40 minutes to get order is crazy and then they didn’t even have 2 items we ordered but didn’t tell us until after we waited forever for order.

This is the second time in 3 weeks I went through the drive thru. This is THE SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever witnessed. Last time, a couple of cars and myself bailed out of line to go somewhere else. Need better training I guess. Set aside 15-20 minutes for yourself if you choose the drive thru. It’s not even busy. No idea what the problem is.

When you order a coffee as expensive as Starbucks is you should get what you pay for. We have noticed a lot of workers skimping by on ingredients to make coffees faster. Right is right and wrong is wrong. Starbucks consistently gets orders wrong. So sad you can’t even get what you pay for. I hope they can train their employees with integrity.

Maybe it’s my imagination, but I don’t think I’ve been in a Starbucks where I needed to shave after ordering a drink. It took so long that I was late to an appointment.

Anyone who reads my reviews knows I rarely have anything to say about a Starbucks being less than 5 stars, but what the hell. Several people behind the counter and they were stacking up mobile orders at the counter. 75% of which were still there when I finally got my order.

the man that was working on 12/27 at about 6pm does a phenomenal job! i always love his energy when we come to get our favorite drinks. and he makes them perfectly every time! great job man, keep it up! :)

Today was the first time I had not gone through drive-thru and actually went in. It is a beautiful in here, very spacious, comfortable seating, and everyone was wonderful.

Kid-friendliness: Well I was there today I saw so many kids come in and out with their parents, and the baristas were so good about making it fun and quick for the kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: 100% wheelchair accessible from more than one door. The counter is low enough. And the bathrooms are spacious.
