Not enough friendly staff and they aren't accommodating. Can gladly say I haven't been back in almost a year. I would rather drop a boulder on my toe than to return to such a toxic environment.

I have tried to give this place a chance so many times! They do not make my drink right ever, all I want is extra carmel in my frap, I even tell them I will pay double but they charge and never deliver, I usually go to the target one because they are awesome and actually put extra In my cup. I call that being a thief, especially when I pay eighty cents for extra caramel and get nothing.

I love the new pecan oatmilk cortado!
Service was friendly, but so, so slow. There was only one car ahead of us and it took almost 10 minutes before we were able to pull up to the window, and then it was another 5 minutes before we got our two drinks.

Me and my mom came here around 10am 9/5/25, the baristas on shift were so nice, they worked fast and they were well staffed. The store was clean and a nice environment, I was greeted and asked who my order was for as soon as I walked through the door. Their customer service was a very big step up from the one near me.

Love this location. They know you by name and if you don’t switch up your drink order constantly like myself, they’ll remember it. They get very busy and there can be long waits but that is no fault of their own.
