I love the new pecan oatmilk cortado!

Service was friendly, but so, so slow. There was only one car ahead of us and it took almost 10 minutes before we were able to pull up to the window, and then it was another 5 minutes before we got our two drinks.

Me and my mom came here around 10am 9/5/25, the baristas on shift were so nice, they worked fast and they were well staffed. The store was clean and a nice environment, I was greeted and asked who my order was for as soon as I walked through the door. Their customer service was a very big step up from the one near me.

Love this location. They know you by name and if you don’t switch up your drink order constantly like myself, they’ll remember it. They get very busy and there can be long waits but that is no fault of their own.

This Starbucks makes my loto weekends so much better!! Even with high demand in the summer, they manage it so well. My drink has never been wrong here and I appreciate the app letting me know how long the wait will be so I can plan ahead! :)

Very rude drive thru employee. Forgot my food and when I kindly reminded her she did not apologize (not that she needed to) but just gave a blank stare as if I caused an inconvenience. And before I could also ask for a salt packet she turned around so when she came back with my food I had to ask for a salt packet and she did not say anything or look at me. Just went back handed me the salt I said thank you and she didn’t say anything just closed the drive thru window.
Oh! And I also asked for one of my drinks with no ice but got ice. Was definitely not going to ask them to remake after seeing this employees attitude.

40 minutes to get order is crazy and then they didn’t even have 2 items we ordered but didn’t tell us until after we waited forever for order.

This is the second time in 3 weeks I went through the drive thru. This is THE SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever witnessed. Last time, a couple of cars and myself bailed out of line to go somewhere else. Need better training I guess. Set aside 15-20 minutes for yourself if you choose the drive thru. It’s not even busy. No idea what the problem is.
