Today was the first time I had not gone through drive-thru and actually went in. It is a beautiful in here, very spacious, comfortable seating, and everyone was wonderful.

Kid-friendliness: Well I was there today I saw so many kids come in and out with their parents, and the baristas were so good about making it fun and quick for the kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: 100% wheelchair accessible from more than one door. The counter is low enough. And the bathrooms are spacious.

Staff was not particularly friendly and seemed annoyed when asked questions. The outdoor music was too loud; conversation was difficult to hear even when seated at the same table.

To be honest, I give up on this place. They NEVER give you the proper stars. This is a huge problem because if you spend enough and earn enough stars, you get free coffee. Its part of the benefit to being a rewards memeber and the coffee is so expensive so there needs to be rewards!. Well, you have to spend hours to try to get ahold of customer service and so on. Most of the time, they dont speak english or don't know what they're doing. They don't give you any stars for the troubles you had to go through. It's too much of a hassle and so frustrating. Scooters from now on for me! Starbucks corporate doesn't appreciate their customers.

Waited at the counter at least 5 minutes to be waited on for my FIRST Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season, which was a big let down. Not enough flavor.

Ordered through Door Dash and got the wrong drink. The store tried to blame the Dasher, though it was in a sealed bag with the correct name on the bag and a different name on the drink inside. Could not resolve through Door Dash, since Starbucks does not provide receipts via Door Dash. They were very rude when we tried to resolve the issue.

Rude customer service!!! Long wait time. Waited 20 minutes.......still no order. Very rude in getting my money returned and then she threw it across the counter. She needs fired!!!

Waited 30 minutes for drinks in drive thru with only 4 cars ahead of us. We tried visting a few days ago, longer line and it wasn't moving at that time. Thought it would be quicker on a Monday. Not sure what's going on but they used to be quick and efficient.
