Me and my friend ordered two drinks a venti frappe and a grande frappe the order arrived to our house and there were no straws I got the wrong drink and we both got the wrong sizes I will order from Starbucks again 25 dollars was a waste

Sweet time at Starbucks today! As a former partner, I was impressed by their customer connections. The girl who took my order was super sweet and was intentional to look at my name and say, “Thanks Kiki!” Made me smile today :) And they forgot to put cold foam on and humbly remade the drink quickly. Love coming to this Starbucks when I come to the lake <3

The longest I have ever had to wait at Starbucks and it was not very busy. Then when I finally got my drink, they handed it to me with my drink running down the side of the cup, all the way around- so I used a Walmart bag to hold it. I’ll go to a different location next time.

If Starbucks corporate is reading this you need to send an actual manager to get this store running properly. Out of all the Starbucks that we have been this one in our home town is the worst. 45-over a hour wait for 2 drinks, and only 4 people waiting. In front of us.

Took 20 minutes for 3 ice coffees and wasn't busy. They took 5 minutes to greet me but had 4 people just looking at me. They cranked out the drive thru customers and made the only person in the shop wait for coffee that is already made. Do drive thru here instead of going in if you don't want to wait forever.

I love Starbucks and spend a ton of money here- but since I've moved to the lake I've had to stop coming to this location.There's been multiple occurrences of a single drink taking 30 mins when there's only 1-2 people ahead of me. I've tried ordering ahead and even then I'm forced to wait 20+ mins past the expected pick up.
